“What a wonderful shop! From the minute my friend and I entered both Allison and Natalie could not do enough to help us- Allison showed us how to do a bead stitch that confused us and even printed out directions for us. Natalie helped us re-create a necklace she had clearly spent hours making.
The shop is warm and inviting and has every kind of bead and beading supply you could possibly want.
We are returning to the shop today to get more beads, more inspiration and more help- another day of fun!”

“Sean is THE BEST ‼ My wedding rings had been soldered together and came apart over the weekend. I went to Keegan’s this morning and was told the usual turn around time is 7-10 days. I asked if I could make an appt and have it done while I waited, but that was not an option. I was told by Junene the best they could do was 2 days. I left my rings today (Monday) and told they’d be ready for pick up on Wednesday. I received a call this afternoon from Sean stating the rings were ready. I am so grateful for Sean being so accommodating !”

“If you are looking for attention to detail, strong communication, and custom jewelry, look no further than Arias! I was apprehensive to try a new jeweler after my previous jeweler made several errors with my engagement ring. I took the ring to Arias and Sergio was nothing but kind in walking me through my options. He pointed out the errors made by the other jeweler and what he could do to fix them. The whole time he was explanatory but not dismissive. He truly wanted to make sure the ring was fixed how I wanted it but also in a way that was durable. Through the re-design process, he communicated frequently and shared 3D models to make sure I was comfortable with it before anything was actually done. He was also upfront about cost and timing throughout the design process. I highly recommend Arias and plan to return for any future jewelry needs!”

“The jeweler is a family owned business dedicated to giving the best selection of jewelry and professional repairs. They can design gorgeous pieces of jewelry and make anything the client would like to have done. For example, I lost my diamond in my engagement ring. The setting was fragile. MyThe suggestion was to put it into my wedding band for more stability because I never take my wedding bands off. My husband bought me a 25 year anniversary band at the jeweler which did not fit well with my wedding band. The outcome was to wear my 25 year band on my pinkie finger. I was so thrilled at the suggestion. They can make anything at reasonable prices and have a fine selection of jewelry as well. So grateful to have John and his family to provide such expertise, skill and caring in making and selling their jewelry.”

Unfortunately, it recently went missing, leading me to search through old emails in an attempt to find a replacement.Holly and her team were incredibly helpful and quickly created a perfect replacement. Not only do they provide a great product but Holly and her team are the people you want to do business with. They are incredibly hardworking and incredibly customer-focused. It is clear that Holly has pride in the business she has built over the last decade. I intend to do more business with Dune in the future. The woman who works there is a LOVELY kind lady, she’s very patient and she’s very sweet; I brought a very sentimental bracelet gifted to me by my nana (my dad had bought it for her and they have both passed away now so the bracelet means ALOT) she repaired it beautifully it looks like the day it got given to me, she also repaired a bracelet and a necklace from my boyfriend. The work they did looks amazing, you can’t even tell where they fixed and they are so kind. “My wife and I got our engagement rings and wedding bands at Chelala and have been recommending people here left and right! We went to Brilliant Earth first to see what we liked, but it was a no brainer to take that information straight to Chelala where they were able to customize it to exactly what we were looking for and for a lower price. The owners were super accommodating and made us samples of what we liked before committing, going back and forth until we reached perfection. The three stone engagement ring was designed by us with trapezoid side diamonds and fully made by Chelala/raised to pair with the wedding band, the one stone was my grandma's setting that they took great care of and just re-sized and re-stoned. The wedding bands are identical aside from one being slightly larger, with pear shaped stones!”
