“I came here to obtain a PCR test for travel and had a really pleasant experience. The woman who answered the phone most times (I believe her name was Ellen?) was so helpful and kind. The testing itself was seamless and I had my results within two hours or so. If I need to travel again I’ll most certainly be coming back.”

“I had a great experience getting blood drawn by Divya at this Quest location and I say this as someone with lifelong needle-phobia! I scheduled an appointment online a few days prior, used the self check-in kiosk when I arrived, sat in the waiting area for 2 mins, and then was called in by Divya who was friendly and efficient. I told her I have fainted during blood draws in the past, so she had me sit in a reclining chair and gave me an ice pack to hold on my forehead which helped a lot. Best of all - I barely felt the needle and I didn't feel any movement as she changed out the collection vials. I had a rather large test order so she needed to fill 6 vials of blood and I was nervous about the amount, but like I said, I barely felt anything. Divya is incredible at what she does!!! She made conversation to help distract me, which has never really worked during past blood draws but I was actually able to have a pleasant conversation during my visit because I wasn't hyper aware of what was going on in my arm. I will definitely go back the next time I need bloodwork and hope that Divya will still be there!”

“It depends on what location you go to. Some locations are very accommodating, I'm a fainter. Others rush you through and don't seem to care about the people they are serving.”
“I've only had one negative interaction with a phelbotomist here for wearing lotion on my arm which I'll chalk up to someone having a bad day...don't we all? Every other one has been very kind, professional, and fast. I book every appointment online to make it as quick as possible since needles make me squirmish. I had Alli (sp?) today and she was nothing but lovely.”
