“I checked in from a text that I got from Quest after making an appointment. After 30 minutes of waiting I discovered that I was NOT checked in, and now it was too late. I had to register as a walk-in. Fortunately it was only about another 15 minutes.

“I've only had one negative interaction with a phelbotomist here for wearing lotion on my arm which I'll chalk up to someone having a bad day...don't we all? Every other one has been very kind, professional, and fast. I book every appointment online to make it as quick as possible since needles make me squirmish. I had Alli (sp?) today and she was nothing but lovely.”
