“Bancroft Lofts is a wonderful place to live. It has a variety of fun and useful amenities including billiards, a pool, and an impressive gym, etc. I particularly love that they have dedicated working areas and free coffee!

Not only is it well maintained, but the service is also exceptional. Employees here go above and beyond for their residents. In fact, when I had an urgent concern about my cat while I was away at work, Tyler immediately went into my apartment to make sure they were okay (per my request of course!). It meant the world to me because I was so worried they were ill or worse.

They also make an effort to build a real community. They host events and welcome new ideas. In just a month I already made a few new connections. I highly recommend!!”

“I have been at Union House for more than two and a half years. The staff here are fantastic. Justin, the community manager, is incredibly helpful, responsive, kind, and caring. Justin and Carolyn facilitated a move between apartments for me, and I love my new apartment, which is larger, even more than the old one. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Will, the head of maintenance is excellent, as well as being caring and kind. All requests are responded to quickly and completely. The building feels safe, the garage parking is a particular plus, especially during snowy winters. There is good sound insulation between apartments, making it very quiet. Utility costs are quite reasonable due to good exterior insulation. The location is convenient, especially if you plan to take the train, or want to walk to local restaurants.”
