“I lived at Union House for 7 months and really enjoyed my time there. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the common areas are always clean, and the apartments are modern and comfortable. Parking is also very convenient. Overall, a really nice place to live.”

“Bancroft Lofts is a wonderful place to live. It has a variety of fun and useful amenities including billiards, a pool, and an impressive gym, etc. I particularly love that they have dedicated working areas and free coffee! Not only is it well maintained, but the service is also exceptional. Employees here go above and beyond for their residents. In fact, when I had an urgent concern about my cat while I was away at work, Tyler immediately went into my apartment to make sure they were okay (per my request of course!). It meant the world to me because I was so worried they were ill or worse. They also make an effort to build a real community. They host events and welcome new ideas. In just a month I already made a few new connections. I highly recommend!!”

“I’ve been very happy living here. The environment is clean, organized, and well taken care of. I want to give special credit to Kayla for her excellent work. She is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond when residents need assistance. It’s clear she truly cares about doing a great job. Highly recommend this apartment community.”
