“My family and I have lived in Avalon for 2 years now. It is a very safe and quiet community. The maintenance team is exceptional. They go above and beyond to fix the issues quickly. My only complaint is people not picking up dog poop around the community and in the dog park even after receiving multiple warning emails. Other than that our stay here has been very pleasant.”

“Ellington is a great place to live. I've been here for almost two years, and enjoy the community and the apartment. The grounds are very well-kept on a daily basis by a fully-staffed maintenance team. The team is also very responsive to any requests for service put into management. There's a community pool, very clean and well-kept, and gas grills around the grounds for tenants' use. The management team here is great. They helped me with a RAFT grant when I was out of work and struggling with rent and other expenses. Top-notch group, and very friendly.”
