“I moved to Framingham a few months ago and needed an inspection sticker for my car. I read raves about Murphy’s online and decided to go there. The sticker process went smoothly, but most important was the conversation I had with the guy who’d done the inspection. He said he’d worked for other auto repair shops, but none had treated him as well as Murphy’s. That was all I needed to know.
My car needed some scheduled maintenance, so I called and scheduled an appointment. I dropped the car off this morning at 8. A couple of hours later, Joe called me with the details of the work to be done, along with an estimated price. I gave him the go-ahead, and at 1:30 he called to say the car was ready.
Great experience, and I’ll definitely return.”
“We had a great experience at this Ford dealership. Our sales guy was Fredy. He was great to work with. He was not pushy at all. Very honest and transparent. We did talk to one of the managers, I forget his name but I remember thinking that is a really cool name. He was also very easy to talk to and very honest and transparent as well. The financial guy at the dealership was the same way. This dealership is not like your typical dealerships. They are better.”

I bought my vehicle from Automax, which I will never ever buy a car again.. sad to say I’m actually happy that this happened to my vehicle or else I would never know that Automax sold me a car that’s been an accident probably more than once and tried to tell me that it was minor damage. “I would go well out of my way to go to this jiffy lube. Dalton went WAY above and beyond to help me after encountering a problem removing my oil filter. He did absolutely everything possible to fix it where most in his position probably would have given up. I really cannot say enough good things about Dalton (and Jacob)! Being an owner of an '06 Land Cruiser, I've had my fair share of maintenance as well as bigger projects done to this car and J White's is the shop that you can rest assured with.
Each project is always handled with great communication and honestly everyone I've spoken to there is clearly knowledgeable and eager to be helpful. Whether it's for questions, professional advice, or actual mechanical work, it's A+.
Besides that, you'll be treated like family here. I've had them reach back out after jobs to check in, as well as work around certain schedules to fit me in for emergenices.
I also recently had them do a pre purchase inspection for a much newer 4Runner, and from the mechanical advice to the wisdom of Peter who also owns a 4Runner, it helped me cement my purchase with confidence.
Shirely is also someone I want to give special mention to, as she's the one that will always make sure you're taken care of. As long as I know Shirely is with my truck on the job, I am happy to submit any work to be done.

They found she had a leaking valve stem, took care of it, aired up the tire and sent here on her way w/no charge. “Haven't needed body work for a few years (thankfully) but now have need for a small job, and I remembered that we had used Andy for BIG job a few years back. I thought it would be worth adding a review for that experience because it was exceptional. We brought in an aging Toyota Avalon that had had an unfortunate run-in with some trees. Everyone else had just declared it to be "totaled". Andy took it on, and when he was done - for a very reasonable price - the car looked better than it had in years. He was sweating the small stuff - like the striping, which wasn't meeting his high standards - but we were just amazed by what he had been able to do with the wreck we had given him. Will return without hesitation.”
“Great service! I had my car repaired and had a detail all in one stop. I came in with a flat tire but I knew had something else wrong with my suspension. So I asked them to look at what was wrong. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. They also have a detail guy . Since I dropped the car for the day while I worked I figured what better time. Excellent detail!
