“Dropping off my car was so easy and went over all the issues from the accident - they didn’t just guess. Picking up my car was smoothness - 10 minutes and that includes reviewing everything they repaired. Also they even detailed the inside of my car even though the inside was not impacted!”

“I took my car in to get the front passenger side mirror fixed. The mirror was knocked out of the assembly went it bumped into a side post while driving in the snow. It had to be replaced. That was the only option. They were extremely helpful in finding a replacement part from a used vehicle for a fraction of the cost of the dealership. I am not able to tell the difference between the original and the replacement. Excellent service all round!”

“I have to give a shout out to Mike for excellent support and customer service. Here's my story. Back in 2006 Mike helped me with my FFR build including setting up a Ford Racing crate engine. Fast forward 20 years later to yesterday. I needed some specs on the cam used in the engine which Ford Racing no longer sells. I googled for an hour and couldn't find anything so I decided to call Mike. After being on the phone for 20 minutes with Mike searching, cross checking part #'s and looking in old catalogs, Mike got me the cam part # and specs! He even had my invoices from 20 years ago! I truly appreciate Mike doing this. He's a small shop and ends up providing a lot of information and advice and sometimes without receiving anything for his time spent. Not easy for a small shop to do and stay in business for more than 20 years. Cheers to you Mike and team - I'm sending you a little something for the time you spent helping me yesterday.”

“Exceptional Service from Brad! I had a great experience at VIP Tires in Framingham thanks to Brad. After damaging my front right tire on a curb, I drove over to get it replaced. There was an initial hiccup because the tires installed two years ago at a different location weren't showing up on file for warranty coverage. Brad went above and beyond to dig into it, get everything sorted out, and even hooked me up with a fantastic discount. His help and dedication completely exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend Brad and the Framingham team enough - thank you!”

“We had a great experience at this Ford dealership. Our sales guy was Fredy. He was great to work with. He was not pushy at all. Very honest and transparent. We did talk to one of the managers, I forget his name but I remember thinking that is a really cool name. He was also very easy to talk to and very honest and transparent as well. The financial guy at the dealership was the same way. This dealership is not like your typical dealerships. They are better.”

“JW Auto Repair exemplifies the kind of local business that prioritizes workmanship over advertising appearance. Unlike large franchise chains that invest heavily in polished waiting areas while delivering inconsistent automotive work, JW operates on the opposite principle; what you get is more than what you see. During my visit, they identified a legitimate safety issue and provided a clear estimate for parts and labor. To verify their assessment, I sought a second opinion elsewhere and received the same conclusion. Lastly, when I priced the parts independently (e.g., RockAuto), I found JW’s pricing comparable. This combination of reliable diagnosis, fair pricing, and professional consistency demonstrate they are a business built on trust. Based on this visit, I feel confident recommending them to neighbors who value sound judgment and professionalism.”

“Jay identified an issue I had been dealing with for months. The dealership and other shops had no clue what was going on. The situation was bad enough to where I was expecting to be forced into buying another vehicle, but he was able to completely address and fix the issue. Couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you again!”

“My first time ever at a Jiffy Lube. I was so pleasantly surprised. Even at 5:15 in the evening, the two young guys who were working were ever so pleasant. Turns out one of them had an ancient but awesome Honda CRV just like mine! The waiting area, in fact the whole place, was clean and comfortable. Plus, I was all done in less than 20 minutes. Thank you”

“Haven't needed body work for a few years (thankfully) but now have need for a small job, and I remembered that we had used Andy for BIG job a few years back. I thought it would be worth adding a review for that experience because it was exceptional. We brought in an aging Toyota Avalon that had had an unfortunate run-in with some trees. Everyone else had just declared it to be "totaled". Andy took it on, and when he was done - for a very reasonable price - the car looked better than it had in years. He was sweating the small stuff - like the striping, which wasn't meeting his high standards - but we were just amazed by what he had been able to do with the wreck we had given him. Will return without hesitation.”

“Great service! I had my car repaired and had a detail all in one stop. I came in with a flat tire but I knew had something else wrong with my suspension. So I asked them to look at what was wrong. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. They also have a detail guy . Since I dropped the car for the day while I worked I figured what better time. Excellent detail! Camaro is a great shop .”
