“Was just fine. Corolla I rented was cleaned and prepped as I waited, but I had reserved the night before at 10:00 PM.
Clearly some angry travelers had some bad experiences or made some bad decisions and blamed the staff. But, mine was fine. I was expecting the worst with a 3.4 rating but would rent from here again.
It’s a small staff 2 people only here though, so I think if you order a rental after hours or get long line when checking in or out it is literally because there are only 2 employees and they have no facilities.”

“I recently experienced a total loss of my vehicle and needed a rental for at least a couple of weeks My insurace set up the reservation with this location so all I had to do was go and pick out a vehicle , show license etc. All the guys that i encountered were so polite, professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. Taeron, Casey and Chris were awesome.
The car was emaculate and a comparable vehicle to the one I lost. I will definately use this location for any future rentals.”
