After listening to her complain and yell at Bobbie Jo, Bobbie Jo professional told her how to fix the problem. The lady still didnt want to listen. So all the negative reviews have to be from people who do not comprehend. When it was my turn, she was polite and not rude to me. Service was fast and completed in a timely manner. I’m so glad I rented from Enterprise Marlboro location because they answered all the questions I had and explained everything about the rental. I was able to pick a brand new car, it was very clean and met all of my expectations that I had for the day. I will definitely rent a car with enterprise again if needed. The young staff member that helped me (can’t remember his name) was super welcoming and patient to answer all my questions.”
