After listening to her complain and yell at Bobbie Jo, Bobbie Jo professional told her how to fix the problem. The lady still didnt want to listen. So all the negative reviews have to be from people who do not comprehend. When it was my turn, she was polite and not rude to me. Service was fast and completed in a timely manner. “good experience. I had no car and they picked me up at home to get the car. the windshield was not clean and I had to wash it myself. But they made up for it by taking a day off the price for that reason and also I gave it back with a full tank - more than I had to give back. the staff are good to deal with”
