CVS, a popular pharmacy chain, offers a varied selection of supplements, but customers have reported finding expired products on the shelves, suggesting the need for a more robust date-checking system. While the store itself is generally deemed "alright," some customers have had concerning experiences with certain staff members. One customer described an incident where a woman, later identified as the store manager, appeared to be stalking them around the store. Another customer had a negative interaction with a pharmacy employee who answered the phone in a "condescending" manner and responded to their request with sarcasm, which the customer found "extremely rude." However, not all experiences have been negative. The pharmacy staff has been praised as "very friendly" and "super helpful," though the store is reported to be short-staffed at times. One customer had a particularly positive experience, describing the manager, staff, and overall store as "wonderful," with a "fabulous" ambiance and a "clean, super organized" environment. The customer was also pleased with the Carepass program, a loyalty program offered by CVS. Overall, while CVS offers a decent selection of products, the experiences of customers seem to vary, with both positive and negative interactions with staff members reported. The store's management and organization appear to be areas that could use improvement to provide a more consistent and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

The help here is always quite good.I always seem to have a pleasant experience here. They will actually go in the back to see if an item is available.

Great experience at CVS, while picking up my prescription, staff member asked me about my Covid vaccine and RSV, which I didn’t know was available at the time, saving me time, I said when can I have it done, set up appointment, and all done! Great service!
