Got my car repaired here,the tecnician forgot to put my wheel lock key back inside my car,when i called to resolve the issue,they basicly said that they always put wheel lock key back,like they never make mistake,like i’m a liar,never offer any solution like help me order a new one,or at least remove the lock bolts so i can replace them with a new set,just simple “sorry,you’re on your own”
And they didn’t even do a good job,the car makes loud noisy sound after they replace my wheel

I think a lot of these positive reviews are fake. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop. The most unqualified Customer Service. And the owner is terrible. Literally go anywhere else

I had to sell my car as soon as I got it back because I didn’t feel safe driving it after the repairs. I told this to both my insurance and the body shop. The car was delivered with loose parts. Spoke with the owner and he couldn’t give two cents about, belittling me with no respect. After a complain was made. He “glued” Parts and “buffed” the scratches. Not only costumer service was horrible; letting the car out of the lot as fixed… when it wasn’t. The loose parts and The car also came back with scratches that wasn’t there before the accident. With no sense of security, I sold this car. Beware! They have their own adjusters… not from the insurance adjusters. Felt like it’s only a money Heist and no attempt to listen to the customer.

I contacted AAA of Massachusetts and they dispatched Christopher P. from Exceptional Auto Body. He was quick to the scene, clean cut, and friendly. Took care of my issue so fast that I barely had time to thank him for his help. A great guy. I wish all service persons were as great as Christopher P. If I ever need my car repaired due to an accident I am calling Exceptional Auto Body.

I requested a 40-minute tow where they asked me for an absurd $450, I refused and they lowered it to $300, after 1 hour and 30 minutes they called me to say that they would charge extra, I refused and they canceled the service.

Brought my vehicle here after an accident, received exceptional customer service through out the entire stressful process. Donna, Taylor & Rob went above and beyond to inform me throughout the repairs. Far better experience working with exceptional than my own auto insurance. They made the car rental process a breeze by having one ready for me and returning it as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for auto body repairs. My vehicle looks new again!

Exceptional Auto Body was great! They came so quickly to tow my vehicle. Paul was super helpful and friendly and double checked all the info for where the car was heading. He also made sure to take pictures of the vehicle ahead of time, which made me feel great since it is a new car. Thanks so much to Exceptional and especially Paul for all the help!

This place is anything but exceptional. Today at 5:00 on Walker Brook drive in Reading, there driver had to merge to get on the highway and somehow sped up and almost ran myself and 3 kids off the road, for no reason only to then just drive into the slow lane. That really could have ended badly so irresponsible.
I wouldn’t trust them to tow anything.

This place is a complete rip-off. They towed my car for street sweeping and then slapped me with a ticket. On top of that, they only accept cash, which feels shady and unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.
