AAA Member. Exceptional Auto was sent to tow my vehicle and Anderson A. showed up within 15 minutes. Very friendly and helpful guy who assisted getting my vehicle towed to an auto mechanic in Worcester from Northborough. I appreciated his kindness.

I had to have a rental car with a flat tire towed from my driveway. Luis P. arrived promptly, offered to change the tire (the rental car didn't have a spare tire!), and got the car out of my driveway and away quickly. Excellent service.

Paul was wonderful! My car broke down on Christmas night. He got to me in a timely fashion and towed me safely home. If I could give more stars I would!
