“This has been added to my list of places to check out when I'm in need of holiday decor. I went in the other day looking for ornament storage bins, and in addition to having a 70% off Christmas items section, they had a large Easter section right when you walked in, a decent selection of Valentine's Day decor and even a small area of Saint Patrick's Day stuff out. And to be honest, a lot of the stuff was really cute!This store is clean, things are never too out of sorts on the shelves, and there's plenty of parking since it's located in the outdoor mall, Shopper's World. It can be hard finding a store rep if you have a question about finding anything, or if they have something in stock, etc. When I came in, I only saw 1 sales rep and they were working the register so I had to wait in line just to ask a question. All in all, Michael's is pretty solid!”
“I’ve have rarely experienced such warm and genuine customer care. I brought my mother’s 30+ year old machine in for restoration and they did a superb job! Then I set my sites on making a couple of baby blankets. Jill, the owner spent at least an hour of her time on her day off to set me up for success. I hope to make her proud of me and my efforts.
