This one is odd.
Great deals, but no help when loading. Most other places would not allow you to touch stuff inside their store (Jordans) but this place is the opposite.
Roll up your sleeves when picking up your dining room table. Bring your gloves too.
Still unsure on my final rating.

Very good stock and reasonable prices. The staff is very nice, especially Mary who was very helpful with my leather couch (we basically custom built it). She was very patient and helpful. I recommend this store for all your furniture needs!

not happy with their furniture delivery. Only available on Tuesdays, and constantly changing time, this is annoying because we have to schedule everything around the time of delivery. We already spend two days waiting for them to deliver the bed frame and assemble it, the second time, they don't have an instructor for assemble, they said someone is coming to give the assembler instructed, waited for another hour or so, and still nobody show off. It already time to close the business. Don't like this place. The stuff helped us is also not the kind we like. We were back to hoping for an Asian woman for help because the first time we visited, she's the only one in store and she's very polite. Second time we visited, an white woman helped, named Julia. Very unhappy to be served by her. would never use her anymore.

Not a good experience, will not be using them again. We ordered two custom sectional sofas for our basement. Given the tight stairwell to get the pieces downstairs, we asked for someone from the store to come measure to confirm what we had chosen we fit. He said it would. Turns out it wouldn't so we had to go back and choose something else. Then they called four times for my credit card info between ordering and placing the deposit and the delivery. They actually called me a month before delivery to say that they had to put a hold for the charge on my card just to make sure we'd pay it. When the sofas were delivered, the delivery guys were convinced they wouldn't fit. I told them to take the pieces out of the boxes. They fit down the stairs but left us with a big hole in the wall and a huge mess of styrofoam and cardboard all over the house. One of the sofas was damaged and the customer service rep - when we finally got someone on the phone - insisted that someone had to come out to look at it despite me sending them a picture of the ripped fabric. We worked for weeks to get someone to agree to reimburse us for the damaged wall and then ultimately decided to return the damaged sofa instead of ordering a replacement because we were done dealing with them. When the "white glove" service came to pick up the sofa, after changing our delivery time 90 mins before they were supposed to be here, they damaged our newly painted walls in two places. The men barely spoke English, didn't offer an apology for the damage he very clearly caused with his carelessness, and walked out of my house. Customer service then argued about reimbursing us for both damages and went back on the price they agreed to after the sofas were delivered. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing anything else from Macy's and will suggest others steer clear as well. One of the worst furniture buying experiences we've ever had.

Not the same place 30 years ago. Limited selections and little or no help. We did 2 laps and not one salesperson engaged us.

TERRIBLE STORE ASSISTANT in the ladies shoe department, named George. He treated me today with so much disrespect. I waited in line to get shoe sizes and another lady skipped the line and I told him I was there first waiting, he said “I know you were here first but what do you want me to do?” .. then I continued to wait and when he came back instead of thanking me for waiting and helping me he proceeded to say “do you even work? You probably don’t even work”.. and then said he wasn’t going to help me, at that point I just left. I feel sorry that he is so unhappy that he needs to treat people like this and especially customers. Macys HR: please improve your customer service and train your associates basic respect and manners, or do not have people like George work at your stores. So disrespectful.George, to answer your question.. I do have a pretty awesome job and I would never treat anyone the way you treated me.

They delivered faulty product few months a go. Macy accepted the product was faulty after a visit but they were unable to fix or replace. They are ridiculously disorganized. I am asked to deal with a third party company which is ridiculous. You buy the furniture from Macy's but you deal with someone else. The case became a legal issue. I would never deal with this company again.

Went in to get a new rug. The experience was a very very happy one. John is stellar. He listened to all the criteria I needed in this rug and absolutely 100 percent fulfilled my expectations. What a wonderful nice professional and extremely knowledgeable person. Highly suited for his job. From start to finish. A 10. Thank you John! I love my rug and it is a perfect fit in my home. Highly recommend for an enjoyably amazing day!!! Thank you for being great at what you do! ❤️

Overly pricy for the poor qualities. Most of them are not named brands which is not a big problem until months, a year or few later, they will fall apart/break/tear down. A chair listed for $1000 had 4 nails poking out and the sales just hammer them down. Asked for detailed info such as where is made, type of wood/leather, etc. Sales either don't know or just make up stuff. Be very careful if you still making any purchase, their quality is low.
