“I made an appointment online, but when I got there, the phlebotomist almost skips my turn. So, I asked if she was behind the time. Before she answered me, I was called by a second phlebotomist (Maria). She asked me if I had lab slips because there was not information for my tests in the system. I provided her with the lab slips because I am a VA customer. The system does not allow me to write or select an option as a VA customer. Please add this option on the system because we are many VA customers using Quest Diagnostics at the Framingham location. Thank you.”

She listened to my experience of being gaslit by doctors, and made sure to listen to everything I said BEFORE making any decisions on my care. Four stars because if you're trying to get a referral sent out, forget it - I had to harp on a bunch of different specialists and go back and forth with Tufts front desk to get it sorted out.”
