“Check in process was easy with a kiosk option and a SMS text option. Staff was friendly and professional. Would have liked an in-person summary for patients of what's actually being done during the visit. Quest processes a lot of orders for physicals and may not realize an individual patient may not know what to expect because we don't actually see the order from the insurance company or wherever. Waiting area shared with other medical practices and feels a bit crowded and chaotic. Still, overall good experience and I prefer this location to other Quest locations I've used in the past.”

“This location at 200 Forest St, Marlborough, MA 01752 is a corporate office and regional diagnostic laboratory.Please stop coming to this location looking to provide specimens of any type for clinical diagnostic testing as there is no patient service center ( drawing station ) here.Part of the facility is administrative offices along with shipping/receiving and there is no public access.”

Check in was easy, the 2 women in the back were friendly and discreet, and the blood draw was nearly painless. I came in 5 minutes before my appointment time and left with 2 minutes to spare! I’ll definitely pick this quest moving forward.”
