“I used them 20+ years ago, diagnosed my Charcot Marie Tooth, we new I hD issues in 1976 but no labs were equipped to assist in my diagnoses, they identified the duplication of PMP22, and finally had a real answer to my symptoms. I have not looked for any other facility for genetic testing. Thank you Athena for putting a name to my condition”

He did a great job in calming me down so I could relax. I was so nervous when I got there due to a bad experience the last time I had to draw blood for lab work. “Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I emailed customer service regarding DNA sperm fragmentation and they emailed back right away. They overnighted a kit and then the following day dry ice. They provided clear returning instructions and we had our results within 6 business days which is 1 day ahead of what they promised. Jean was our rep and she was extremely helpful, patient and kind.”
“This location at 200 Forest St, Marlborough, MA 01752 is a corporate office and regional diagnostic laboratory.Please stop coming to this location looking to provide specimens of any type for clinical diagnostic testing as there is no patient service center ( drawing station ) here.Part of the facility is administrative offices along with shipping/receiving and there is no public access.”

“I've had a good experience so far with Dr. Guerrier. I have a complex, rare disease that many doctors google right in front of me. She listened to my experience of being gaslit by doctors, and made sure to listen to everything I said BEFORE making any decisions on my care. Four stars because if you're trying to get a referral sent out, forget it - I had to harp on a bunch of different specialists and go back and forth with Tufts front desk to get it sorted out.”
“I made an appointment online, but when I got there, the phlebotomist almost skips my turn. So, I asked if she was behind the time. Before she answered me, I was called by a second phlebotomist (Maria). She asked me if I had lab slips because there was not information for my tests in the system. I provided her with the lab slips because I am a VA customer. The system does not allow me to write or select an option as a VA customer. Please add this option on the system because we are many VA customers using Quest Diagnostics at the Framingham location. Thank you.”
