Met him on a Saturday and he explained and walked with me for the best option for a custom made groom's wedding tuxedo. We booked a second appointment the next week and he spent 2 hrs with me taking my measurements and he is really an expert on the topic. He has a background of more than 30 years of experience. He is really the man to know regarding any custom made suits. I ordered one and cant wait for the end result! 10/10 Customer Service”

From the start, he had answers and also knew exactly my fiancé's measurements just by looking at him and confirming with measures and accommodating all our requests to try on. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! It's nice seeing such amazing workers work through times that are really busy!”

“The Natick location has a huge selection of toddler and baby clothes. If you are looking for Maternity, it's in the back! They have the latest styles, and adorable clothes. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes nice, sometimes expressionless. I love this store, their selection can't be beat unless you go to Burlington. This is a busy location, and they seem to be juggling alot at once. They have a nice table and chairs for kids to play. Unfortunately, their isn't anything for them to play with! :)”

Finding sizes and colors of each style of clothing was easy and much appreciated.Liked the spacious aisles and well stocked displays. The style and quality of the clothing were better than expected. Pricing was good and gave good value for the purchases we made. If you sign up for a free membership at the register, you'll get a 10% discount on your first member purchase. The only thing missing were a couple of chairs here and there to rest tired mall feet. ?”

“I walked into this store not knowing it was closing a few minutes after I had gotten in. I realized soon after and was going to exit but the girl who was working at the store stopped and made sure I got what I needed before I left even though they were literally closing. I apologized many times and told her I could come a different day but she kindly offered to help me and stayed behind to help look for jeans for me. I know working in retail came be very frustrating but this worker was so welcoming to someone who had entered the store way too close to closing and I really appreciated her generosity in letting me stay, helping me look for clothing, and helped check me out. This was such an amazing experience at this particular pacsun and I would come back just to thank this worker again for her help.”
