“I went shopping at the Macy’s store in the Natick mall and had the pleasure of being assisted by Lori-Anne.
She was restocking the men’s Levis jeans, and yet she took the time to walk me through the different styles and fabrics. She also helped me find the perfect size of pants for me, making the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Throughout our interaction, Lori-Anne was very friendly, professional and genuinely attentive. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service she provided me with and I want to really thank her for making my experience at this Macy’s store so pleasant. “I dont really care for the Gap but I went here with someone else. Base on my observations, I would say the store is well organized and stocked appropriately. There were staff floating around to help. The lighting is a bit too dark for me but it is what it is.”
“I had such a GREAT experience at Hollister today! I came in to return a few items and ended up purchasing new clothes, and the entire process could not have been smoother—all thanks to Anna, my cashier.
From the moment I walked up to the counter, Anna was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She handled my return quickly and professionally, explained everything clearly, and made the entire transaction totally stress-free.

“I was there on Sunday. 12/15 2019. I got so excited over the sales and big deals going on. I lost my forever 21 shopping bag. I literally cried a little because I was hurt . I’m gonna call the store today and see if they found a forever 21 bag with a jean jacket and two jeans and a hair clip. I brought that as a gift for my sister . I am really disappointed in myself for being so careless. I left the store with Aeropostale’sbag and left my bag at there . HAHA”

“Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! It's nice seeing such amazing workers work through times that are really busy!”
“I'm not lowering my rating because the managers and employees were very fair and friendly when I visited for the first time. However, there are some recurring issues that affect the overall shopping experience.
The store is often messy, making it difficult to find items. Employees don't always ask important checkout questions or remind customers about the 30-day return policy. I've also noticed that security tags are occasionally left on purchased items, forcing customers to make an extra trip to the nearest H&M to have them removed, which can be frustrating and embarrassing.
That said, some of the store's challenges appear to be caused by customers leaving fitting rooms and sales floors in disarray. While that's not entirely the staff's fault, it does impact the overall shopping experience.”
