“Today I was helped by a representative named Clark! They were so kind and approaching me and my friend when we entered the store and so prompt in getting us to help that we needed. I was very open-minded to some of the choices that they brought to my attention and I got to pick out a beautiful mixture and my favorite character girl from invader Zim had a tank top that I loved. They checked us out, signed us up for the rewards program and let us know About future opportunities for coupons after we finish the rewards program sign-up process. Overall, it was a very cleanly store and I’m so glad I got to meet Clark because they were fantastic.”

“See, I have no idea if these get read out to the staff but I’d love to pass on a message to them. I came in hoping to get some new Vans, I didn’t leave with any since there wasn’t my size, but I wasn’t disappointed because the staff were so lovely. I don’t think I’ve been in such a welcoming place before, that might sound excessive but it’s the truth! It felt like a community in there. I am sorry for not getting the name, but the young man with the curly hair was so helpful and sweet, regardless of whether I could buy the shoes. He was extremely kind enough to help me figure out my shoe size when we didn’t know! When I was about to leave the store, I went to buy some stickers and was given some advice with which ones to get, which was very nice :) Genuinely such wonderful people working there, you all seem lovely. It’s a shame I don’t live nearby otherwise I would totally work with you guys haha!! Thank you, I hope to find the right shoes at some point regardless Ps. I couldn’t find out a way of posting this without a photo so I added pic of my current vans- which have lasted me over 3 years! They really are good shoes! -H”

“First time at untuckit Natick, I almost waked right out. The music was terrible. I lost my chai ln of thought and was ready to leave until their rep Jon, made me feel welcome.I didn’t know what my size was at first. Jon, helped me find my right size and fit. He was very helpful, I tried on a pink shirt and blue chino’s. Not gonna lie I feel great. Walking around in a new look. Can’t wait to come back and get more shirts from here”

“The process here was relatively easy for setting up a group order. You picked out what you wanted groomsmen to wear then sent them an email invitation to complete the ordering process (they could either go into a location to get measured or submit their own measurements online). Highly recommend that if you do go with The Black Tux that you try on the suit right away once it arrives, we had quite a few size mishaps and those who tried on were able to get a correct size shipped to them while we had a few groomsmen swimming in their shirts the day of the wedding since they didn’t try on beforehand!”

She was restocking the men’s Levis jeans, and yet she took the time to walk me through the different styles and fabrics. She also helped me find the perfect size of pants for me, making the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Throughout our interaction, Lori-Anne was very friendly, professional and genuinely attentive. “Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! It's nice seeing such amazing workers work through times that are really busy!”

“The Natick location has a huge selection of toddler and baby clothes. If you are looking for Maternity, it's in the back! They have the latest styles, and adorable clothes. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes nice, sometimes expressionless. I love this store, their selection can't be beat unless you go to Burlington. This is a busy location, and they seem to be juggling alot at once. They have a nice table and chairs for kids to play. Unfortunately, their isn't anything for them to play with! :)”

“I'm not lowering my rating because the managers and employees were very fair and friendly when I visited for the first time. However, there are some recurring issues that affect the overall shopping experience. The store is often messy, making it difficult to find items. Employees don't always ask important checkout questions or remind customers about the 30-day return policy. I've also noticed that security tags are occasionally left on purchased items, forcing customers to make an extra trip to the nearest H&M to have them removed, which can be frustrating and embarrassing. That said, some of the store's challenges appear to be caused by customers leaving fitting rooms and sales floors in disarray. While that's not entirely the staff's fault, it does impact the overall shopping experience.”
