I went into the Framinham branch and saw Barbara. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She really helped me understand how my credit score works. She went above and beyond to help me understand everything. Barbara’s outstanding customer service is genuine.

Made an appointment for notary services with TJ who got us right in the next day. He and his staff were very attentive took the time to allow us to organize our documents. They were very patient and allowed us to reprint some of the forms due to errors that they noticed. Great customer service!
