Went to get a picture framed. Was told it will be done in 1-1.5 weeks. 2 weeks later I called to see what happened. First the phone didn’t connect, second the person couldn’t figure out and said will call me back. Called back later and was told to give them a few more minutes to figure it out and then was put on hold for over an hour before I finally hang up. Didn’t hear from them for hours before I called back again. By then the framers have left. I did eventually got my picture framed but the whole thing was ridiculous.

Disgusted and enraged with the behavior of the supposed manager Brenda or Breann. Rude and unhelpful towards an elderly woman struggling with self checkout (the manager refused to help her at the register said she was in the middle of a transaction but had no customer in front of her? Invisible?) and told me I was lying about posted signage instead of just following me to the aisle where there was infant discount signage. Refused to honor it too.

This has been added to my list of places to check out when I'm in need of holiday decor. I went in the other day looking for ornament storage bins, and in addition to having a 70% off Christmas items section, they had a large Easter section right when you walked in, a decent selection of Valentine's Day decor and even a small area of Saint Patrick's Day stuff out. And to be honest, a lot of the stuff was really cute!This store is clean, things are never too out of sorts on the shelves, and there's plenty of parking since it's located in the outdoor mall, Shopper's World. It can be hard finding a store rep if you have a question about finding anything, or if they have something in stock, etc. When I came in, I only saw 1 sales rep and they were working the register so I had to wait in line just to ask a question. All in all, Michael's is pretty solid!

I don't know what the deal is between myself and Michaels. The store seems to have everything but every time I look for something there, they don't carry it ??. Maybe it's just a lack of luck.

There's a young guy that works the cash register. He was the one running it 12/03/23 around 5pm. INCREDIBLY nice, friendly, and professional. Definitely deserves recognition!

I had the greatest experience online, on the phone, and in person, at the Framingham Michael's store in Shoppers World. Not only was the selection impressive, the value was amazing in comparison at surrounding stores, but I ordered online, had an emergency need for 2 products. I called ahead twice. Mariah said she would make sure it would absolutely be ready when I arrived (I had to take the bus), but I called again and Scott not only grabbed my order, he was practically waiting at the door for me with it so I could run back out and catch the bus back (there was quite a line "Black Friday"). I have to say, unfortunately I will be returning the unopened items because my order from Etsy came in time, but I can't say enough about how helpful these particular 2 employees, Mariah and Scott were. They deserve a raise! :)
