I had an excellent experience leasing a storage unit at CubeSmart thanks to Brittany, the Property Manager. She was friendly, professional, and very attentive, taking the time to recommend a unit that fit my mobility needs and answering all of my questions clearly. The facility is clean and well maintained, and Brittany made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My wife and I truly appreciate the care she put into helping us — she did a fantastic job.

Brittany as the BEST. We’ve been having a hard time finding a new place to live and she was able to answer all my questions with a smile and patience. I have a unit at the Franklin location. My boyfriend and I switched to a smaller unit. Brittany made the process so easy and fast! Definitely recommend CubeSmart and ask for Brittany! The best!

Just wanted to say how awesome Brittany was when I stopped by to check out storage unit sizes and locations. She was super friendly and really knew her stuff, which made the whole process way easier than I expected. She took the time to walk me through all the options and helped me figure out what size would actually work best for me. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people.
Really appreciate the great service and would recommend to others looking for a place to storage belongings!
