Limited hours for pharmacy, along with closing the pharmacy mid day along with no one answering pharmacy calls and having to leave messages is all the more reason to switch to Walgreens. I used to be a huge CVS lover but these days this place LACKS ALOT!

Poor customer service at the pharmacy counter. I was waiting IN line to pickup an already dropped off prescription at 1:29 and after the other person in front of me was served. They said with a smile sorry come back later after our lunch. Well guess what? I am going to post about this awful customer service.

Service at this location has dropped from the best in Franklin to the bottom of the barrel in the past few years. The severely reduced hours and reduced staff make it very difficult to get help when needed when in person, or get in contact with a pharmacist over the phone. On top of that, getting many scripts filled has become difficult because they run out and can’t get the medications.
Today was the last straw- I’ve been without one of my critical medications for over a week, because when it came time for a refill, CVS was charging us the full price. We assumed that this was because it was too early for insurance to cover the refill so we waited a few days. Then we tried again, same problem. As of last night when we tried to pick it up, there was still no insurance coverage, and at this point I am in bed severely ill with withdrawal symptoms. Even lifting my head or turning over makes me very nauseous and dizzy. When I called just now to get their help to figure out why insurance wouldn’t cover the refill, the answer I got was “oh, yeah, it is covered; I don’t know why they didn’t run it through insurance before.” WHAT? I’m very sick because your staff didn’t run my med through insurance on *multiple occasions*??? Isn’t that just a regular part of charging me when I come to have it filled? I’ve had to miss meetings, doctor’s appointments, and cancel a *job interview* this week because I was ill.

If you stack your CVS coupons you can get some excellent deals. Sometimes they even pay you! Otherwise it's better to shop elsewhere, as their prices are often inflated. This CVS used to have a minute clinic which was very convenient, but not anymore. It used to be hard to get a hold of a real person at the pharmacy, and they spam your phone with refill requests. I much prefer shaws where there are less lines and it's easy to talk to a real person. I'd like to note that they don't have gender inclusive restrooms, even though they are a single occupency and easy to designate as such. It be nice if CVS was more supportive of the LGBTQ community. The only other plus, is the convenient in-store pick up options. You don't even have to talk to a person. Finally, the CVS coupons are tied to your card and won't work with other people, so you can't gift them. In short, 2 stars, and lots of coupons!

The past few times I’ve visited they’ve been out of stock on the exact item I’m looking for (zinc elderberry lozenges). Häagen-Dazs pints were marked as 2 for $10 but at check out the discount didn’t apply. Not worth me getting an associate and putting up a fuss. I’d rather leave a negative review so management fixes the problem. Self check out also sucks but I’ve found that to be true of all CVS locations.

went in to get some antibiotics.... they said to come pick it up in 45 minutes... ok cool so I come back in 45 minutes, wait in line... just to be given an INCREDIBLE amount of attitude (even talked to the same person) because I wasn't in the system.... turns out they put it under THE WRONG NAME... AND ON TOP OF THAT the number of pills was 67... THEY PUT IT IN FOR 67 REFILLS.... had to stand there for another 30 mins, and then wait in line AGAIN after given such a crazy amount of attitude for THEIR screw up.... NEVER use the pharmacy here, its a total mess.

The front desk employee named (Ajay) is extremely rude to the whole line of customers. I shop at this store a lot, and never seen such a childish and rude behavior before. He was yelling at the customer to use the self check, and when an older customer asked for help he kept yelling at her, I felt really bad for her. Almost every time I go with my kids, he always stares at us and follow us in the store, and never ever try to help if we ask for help locating an item. Not a pleasant experience at all because of him!

I called to refill a prescription and waited 10 min to speak with the pharmacist and when they finally answered they didn’t even say hello the woman said ‘you need to call back in 30 min I’m to busy’. Imagine not doing your job and just telling a customer to call back, what a joke this place is!

Long story short I have a torn Achilles tendon and I’m in serious pain their drive-through wasn’t available the day my prescription was ordered nor was my prescription ready. I am unable to enter the store because I also have a one year old that I cannot carry into the store with the injury that I have. I called in advance to see if I could use the drive-through that was blocked off they said yes. when I proceeded to arrive I was given an attitude asking why I moved the cones and entered the drive-through. Look, everyone is short staffed, I asked if I needed to switch the pharmacy if this was an inconvenience to them and they also stated no. I was just a little taken back given the attitude I experienced when I arrived. I will be switching pharmacies over to Walgreens moving forward.

Absolutely terrible service. They will argue with you even though u are right. I have been going here for 4 years and it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to get medications that you need to be clinically sane clearly it doesn’t matter to them. I was just at the drive through for 20 minutes they have one window open when they have 2. They don’t seem trained at all and as if they do not care about their jobs. This profession is something that should be taken seriously. The staff is seriously rude and obnoxious. Pls fix your staff so that I can want to go and get my medications.
