The front desk employee named (Ajay) is extremely rude to the whole line of customers. I shop at this store a lot, and never seen such a childish and rude behavior before. He was yelling at the customer to use the self check, and when an older customer asked for help he kept yelling at her, I felt really bad for her. Almost every time I go with my kids, he always stares at us and follow us in the store, and never ever try to help if we ask for help locating an item. Not a pleasant experience at all because of him!

Absolutely terrible service. They will argue with you even though u are right. I have been going here for 4 years and it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to get medications that you need to be clinically sane clearly it doesn’t matter to them. I was just at the drive through for 20 minutes they have one window open when they have 2. They don’t seem trained at all and as if they do not care about their jobs. This profession is something that should be taken seriously. The staff is seriously rude and obnoxious. Pls fix your staff so that I can want to go and get my medications.

It’s 1:00am and looking for pharmacy and this store claims to be open and is not. How is this a 24hr CVS. False advertising!

Hey CVS, how about remodeling and upgrading some of your stores? You have a giant, brand new store in Wrentham which outshines this old, outdated dumpy location. Who cares if its 24 hours, the aisles are so cramped and jam packed with stuff, you can barely move and the place is consistently nasty inside and doesnt look clean. I would close this down and start over.

I have always been a Walgreens customer but Recently went to CVS and did not like how I got treated . At the pharmacy the staff members were not professional at all. They were 4 staff members and except me there were no customers. All the staff just ignored me like no one was there. I have waited about 5 mins and someone was at the computer on the front, she totally ignored me like I wasn’t there and just went to the back. After sometime another customer showed up and then 2nd staff member ran to help the customer even though all the staff in the pharmacy saw I was waiting no one acknowledged nor even looked up . He just helped the other customer ran back to his desk. Later the pharmacist came.

This is the best cvs around in Metrowest area. Very good and helpful pharmacy associates. The other cvs in Franklin (near BJs) needs staff and training for customer service. The pharmacy here is well run and the associate are very caring. By mistake I waited in the other cvs. Even though I was late here, they helped me right away. I will come this cvs in the future. I filled an online survey by mistake when I was waiting in the other cvs in Franklin.

My favorite CVS. Always dependable with good, friendly staff. They opened a new one closer to my house. But, I'm loyal to this one!!

pharmacy is understaffed so they put cones in front of the drive thru and thought this was communication enough that they wanted everyone to walk in…. i wonder if they realize that cones can mean a lot of different things? signage or it didn’t happen :)

Long story short I have a torn Achilles tendon and I’m in serious pain they’re drive-through wasn’t available the day my prescription was ordered nor was my prescription ready. I am unable to enter the store because I also have a one year old that I cannot carry into the store with the injury that I have. I called in advance to see if I could use the drive-through that was blocked off they said yes. when I proceeded to arrive I was given an attitude asking why I moved the cones and entered the drive-through. Look, everyone is short staffed, I asked if I needed to switch the pharmacy if this was an inconvenience to them and they also stated no. I was just a little taken back given the attitude I experienced when I arrived. I will be switching pharmacies over to Walgreens moving forward.

The night manager is the best! He always lets me know when my favorite lucky charms cereal is in stock… yum. The daytime people are cool too , I just really don’t go there much during the daytime. They always have what I’m looking for in stock & even things I wasn’t … lol plus as a bonus the evening pharmacist is really nice & helpful as well. Plus Sarah is the Best! She’s the very definition of Customer Service

The guy working was way more interested in chatting up a girl outside than doing his job. I arrived at 1230 and headed to checkout at 1245, had to find the cashier outside before I could pay for my order.
