“Well stocked of skin products and noticably tidy. This isn't even a dollar tree I go to normally but I have to say worth enough to get a positive review from me. I'd shop again in that area”
“Huge fan of this ocean state! Always organized and well stocked. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I always find what I need whenever I go shopping here. Now that Christmas tree shop and Ann & Hope are out of business, this is the only place where you can get real values on general household merchandise. I will always check ocean state first before going to Target.”
“Warehouse style setting. Good prices if you're local, but not worth taking a long trip to get there. An abundance of sales gimmicks, offers, and rewards if you don't mind compromising your privacy and jumping through hoops. Ample parking, they do not accept EBT. I've been there twice and bought nothing each time.”
“Went with my mom a couple of days ago, store is organized and fully stocked, staff are sweet and helpful. Ashley is helpful and a great asset to the company. Keep up the great work ladies…best Dollar Tree in RI…”
“Probably one of the better Dollar Tree stores I've visited in recent memory. The store is much bigger than it appears on the outside. The inside was clean, and the shelves were kept pretty organized. Very good selection, particularly on harder to find items at stores closer to me. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a Dollar Tree Plus section...another attribute lacking at my usual stores. The day I went, they were stocking shelves. They did seem pretty frazzled, but nobody was rude. It was just a little awkward trying to navigate around boxes that were left in the aisles while they moved on to stock another section. And, in fairness, I was only in the store for about 15 minutes, so it's very possible they took care of things shortly after I left. The only employee I actually spoke with was the cashier, and she was very friendly. I will definitely be back!”
“I don't go here for normal shopping I go for the spices it's the ch3apest compared to other stores. But the staff is nice and I pretty much always find what I am looking for and them some”
“This store has a wide variety of things such a furniture down to food. The items, or products directly change from season to season. I like going there since it’s in town. There’s a huge parking lot and easily accessible for handicapped access and located in the front. Prices are fair.”
“This & other Job Lots often stop getting certain items shipped to their stores from the warehouse, in spite of customers asking for things, (Esp. Food Items). I don't think they bother relaying any information to them on our behalf, bc they don't feel like it matters. (Falls on Deaf Ears). I thought it was just during Covid, but it is way past the Pandemic now, so it must be more than that. Maybe they just can't get any. But they still have other items I will shop there for. However, I did ask for a number where I could request some items if they do have them in stock or can get them. It's either the Main Office or their Warehouse in RI. All I can do is try.”
“It what you would expect from a Dollar Tree (or $1.25 Tree). And that's a good thing. Went with two young grandsons who were really excited by what they could get for $5 each (mostly candy, a few toys). Spent $20, including party supplies and a helium birthday balloon. My wife went to target at the same time with our two granddaughters, getting similar items... Her bill? Over $100.”
“This is an older Dollar General store building compared to some of the new modern ones popping around the metro area.Just because it is a discount dollar store, it does not mean that everything is a good deal...I like their snacks and many times, I am able to find some good value on their sweet treats. The store is a bit older and darker inside...the aisles seem a bit tighter to walk around, but if you just go in, get your stuff and pay, you are good to go....”
“I went in right at opening time. I found everything I had written on my own shopping list, and was in and out quick enough. The shopping carts now have poles on them, preventing the carts from leaving the store. The front end shelving has been rearranged, leaving more room for customers to navigate their shopping trip”
“All of the employees I’ve encountered have been super friendly and seem to enjoy chatting with customers while still being efficient! It’s also great that the store isn’t messy like a lot of dollar stores can be. There’s a good selection of crafting supplies and cleaning products too :)”

“Twas the night before Christmas ? and all through the place were last-minute shoppers on their final gift chase. The checkout line was to the back of the store, as the staff was not phased by the length of the chore.”
“Yesterday was my first time in years that I had the pleasure to witness true humanity still exists. I am standing in line when I seen the cashier helping this sweet old lady who was having some issues with her order. The cashier actually stopped what she was doing and helped her with out attitude and just complete kindness ❤️. Thank you for reminding me that decent humanity still actually exists in life slow down a bit everyone or you will miss out on life.”
“Great staff & you can't beat 1.25. They just got a new item Kraft Colby Jack cheese, amazing deal.
I've included a few photos some are titles of books one is the magic path of intuition. It's a quick read a must read if you ask me. The author was born in 1871 & she has some insane knowledge. If you like that book you can read her follow-up book The Game of Life and how to play it.
Zen wisdom from cats is another good book!
How To Tell If Your Cat Is Plotting To Kill You is another funny great book.”
“Like most Dollar Trees, it's weirdly dark, disorganized, and kind of grimy. But you knew that coming in - and of course, they have everything you expect. Typical Dollar Tree goods, priced at $1.25 and above. And the chain continues to be a reliable place to get helium balloons, which is a great niche it fills.”
“I love shopping in the store the women in the morning younger and older are absolutely awesome. I'm the guy with the electric scooter that parks in front of the store near the registers when I shop ;)”
“Despite our initial doubts due to some unfavorable reviews, our visit to the local dollar store turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we entered, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member who was eager to assist us. We went there a few times so and had the same positive experience, so it was not a one-off.
The store looks small crom the outside but is actuslly quite large from the inside. It was clean and well-organized, a stark contrast to the cluttered and untidy environment we had anticipated. The aisles were spacious and neatly arranged, making it easy to find what we were looking for. The overall ambiance was inviting, with bright lighting and a well-maintained interior that made the shopping experience enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the quality and variety of products available. We found a wide range of items, from household essentials to unique finds, all at incredibly affordable prices. Did not check on the food section, in particular, but will check it out next time.
Sometimes, it's worth giving places a chance despite mixed reviews. We left with a cart full of great finds and a newfound appreciation for this hidden gem in our community.
Parking is plenty in the shopping plaza in an open parking lot.”
“It's been 3-4 years since the last time I've been to the Family Dollar store in Woonsocket. Dollar Tree is a few walking minutes away. Changes have occured - the cart poles now do not allow a cart to go past the registers. There seemed to be an overflow of merchandise every aisle I went down. I was there just for a quick trip in hoping to find a hoodie cheap enough for my budget. I found one for $10, size men's medium. Their cheapest packed cigarette is cheaper than 2 other stores I've been to in that same neck of the woods. The parking lot was surprisingly cleaner than I remember. I would definitely go back when I regain financial stability...”
“I was happy to be in the Dollar Tree Store in Franklin, Mass. it is one of the nicest, cleanest stores I have seen in a long time. The inventory was plentiful and is very organized and neat. The two clerks were friendly and efficient!”
