  I rent regularly from the Franklin location when I go on short work trips. The staff, both Dara and Christina, have always been friendly and helpful! Great customer service all around!

  Great service! The car was rather clean and they were very friendly! Only thing is would say was we didn't plan on spending any extra when arriving but, they made us pay $300 more until we returned the car which was refunded. Overall would 100% recommend!
