“Was there for the world cup at Gillette Stadium. Good breakfast. Different options for every day. Close to highway, so easy to drive to stadium. Good to have 24hr reception and coffee bar. The room was great. Everything was good.”

“We had my daughter’s baby shower at Proctor mansion yesterday- it was wonderful! Sarah, the General manager, and assistants Devon and Summer were at our beck and call through out the event. James Breakfast and More, Wrentham, was our caterer - great food and set up!”

“An unforgettable stay — thanks to the most extraordinary staff I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked into this hotel, I knew I was in good hands. The entire property was spotless: clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with pride. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for my daughter’s graduation, which was already such an emotional milestone for me. But what made this stay exceptional, what made it memorable, was the people. I cannot say enough about the team here. They didn’t just do their jobs — they cared. They talked to me, supported me, and celebrated with me. They made me feel like family. • Xavier — Warm, attentive, helpful, willing to go above and beyond, and genuinely kind. He made every interaction feel personal. • Cyrus — Thoughtful, patient, and always ready to help. • Liss — Absolutely wonderful. Friendly, uplifting, and so helpful and kind. These three were so incredible that I honestly feel like I’d be friends with them if I could. They congratulated me on my daughter’s graduation, checked in on me, and made sure I had everything I needed at every step. And it didn’t stop there. • The breakfast attendant prepared food with such care and kindness that mornings felt comforting and welcoming. • The housekeeper kept everything immaculate and was just as friendly and helpful as the rest of the team. Every single person I encountered treated me with courtesy, warmth, and genuine humanity. They didn’t just provide service — they provided care. They helped me immensely during a meaningful moment in my life, and I will never forget that. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s clean, well‑located, and comfortable, you’ll find that here. But if you’re looking for a place where the staff treats you like you matter — where kindness is the standard and hospitality feels heartfelt — this is the place. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I left feeling grateful, supported, and deeply impressed.”

“I travel quite a bit so am not new to the hotel game. Renaissance Boston Patriot Place was above and beyond. I stayed here for a concert and want to go back for a mini-vacation (I live 20 minutes away). Everything was amazing - to be 'home' 15 minutes after the show avoiding all the traffic was only part of the awesomeness. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the food and drinks at Twenty8 were amazing. The patio was so inviting. The rooms were comfy. Thank you for an amazing stay!”

“Great trip to Gillette. This chain allows you to enjoy yourself like a vip. When I got there after a long trip on a Friday, the checkin was seamless and matched the service that I always get at this chain. Very clean, great heated pool.”

“I stayed here a few weeks ago for a concert. The next day when I left to the airport for my flight home I had forgotten my ipad and flew home without it. I contacted the hotel and they ended up shipping it back to my home. My ipad made it to my house and I actually didn't think I would get it back. They have earned my respect and I would come back.”
