“Sometimes customer service wins out over aesthetics. My family and I needed a night out of our house due to a water issue. This was not only conveniently located but hotwire had a great deal which made it a very economical option as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcome here.”

“I had my bridal shower at The Proctor Mansion Inn and I was blown away by how beautiful everything was. We had a tea party and every detail was perfect. Tammy was incredible at coordinating the event and making sure each and every guest was taken care of. She was very professional, accommodating and very easy to work with. Gatherings by Chef Paul catered the event and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was to work with as well. Would highly recommend The Proctor Mansion Inn for your next event!”
“The hotel is beautiful and the room was amazing.The view of the stadium from our room was incredible. The toiletries were luxury brands as well (AVEDA). While all that was wonderful, what sets this place a part from all the other hotels we stayed at on this road trip, is the staff. Both of the ladies at the front desk were a pleasure (9/8/24)! I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating they are. As someone who works in HR and has worked in customer service for many years before that, I can say with confidence that this company has found true gems! They embody everything that hospitality and customer service should be! I really can't say enough about the amazing encounter I had with them!”
