Sonesta Select Boston Milford offers nice, clean, and acceptable rooms in a location convenient to the highway. The lobby is spacious and the air conditioning is quiet and efficient. Many guests report excellent and accommodating customer service, with staff being helpful and painless to deal with, even in emergencies. However, the hotel has significant drawbacks. The entrance is hard to find and not marked. There is no complimentary breakfast or coffee; the breakfast offered is disappointing, with cold and unappealing food, and it is not free even for rewards program members. Parking is not free, with a nightly charge that many feel is a ripoff. Several guests feel the hotel charges three-star rates but provides services more typical of a budget hotel, making it not worth the price for the quality offered.
Rooms were fine. Kitchen staff had no clue about breakfast. Trays of cold redone toast and ghastly looking fried eggs, that were frozen greeted us in the morning. Very disappointing, especially due to the location there was nothing else nearby.

Hard to find, entrance not marked. Look for Lowe’s driveway and then take a quick right turn. The big pile of bricks behind the trees is the motel. The most excellent customer service I've ever experienced. I had an emergency and had to cancel my reservation; even though it was made through a third party, they made it painless by telling me what I needed to do to accomplish the task and then getting their end done. They were awesome and I'll remember it.
