I dropped off 2 prepaid packages and asked to make 30 copies of a document from a memory stick. Katie, who was helping me, took a few moments to help me, out from behind the desk. Efficient, yet helpful and kind. For a 12 dollar sale. Memorable. I just want to reach out and say that the world needs more people like Katie. Please tell her I said so.”

“With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season upon us, the last thing you need is to arrive at a store just as they’re locking the doors to close. But, then you get a lucky break, a sort of gift of good will, when the lady locking the door sees the dismayed look on your face, and the faces of 4 other customers all approaching said door, and she unlocks it, opens the door wide, smiles at all of us and says “come on in!”That is what I just experienced at my local UPS Store on Mendon Rd in Cumberland, RI. There were at at least 4-5 people working, and every single one of them was smiling and helping to get us all set and on our way. The lady who waited on me was so pleasant, it was clear she knew that customer service starts with a smile and a kind gesture. I believe her name was Irene. I am so very grateful! “I am in your store quite often and I have to say your staff has it all together. Everyone I have encountered is helpful and nice which is hard to find on a consistent basis at most public establishments! I want to give a shout out to Ruby she is sooooo kind and helpful. I went in today and Ruby was so cheerful and helped we with 4 returns I had including three that needed packaging. In the process of reaching in my bag of returns I cut my finger on my packing tape roll and she even gave me a bandaid! Her customer service is outstanding and all with a smile. Thank you!”

“?*** UPS STORE IS NEXT TO MANDARIN IN THE SAME STRIP MALL NOW !! ?• They can return packages using the return QR code once return is completed online.• The old location still pops up and the sign is too dark to see…… you’re welcome, so staff doesn’t have to argue with you where it is…..• mostly sarcasm on the review, your employees needs socialization and employee training cause they are most all rude. Idk that one guy really needs training or a better antidepressant. Rude people can easily be replaced.”
