Colin was very helpful the assistant store leader in Franklin and pleasant. I go to ups in Franklin for there service post offices the employees tend to be rude and not helpful at all so I do pay extra but its worth it

I stopped in on a Saturday to mail out some documents and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Particularly Tony, who made my visit very smooth!
