“Torrance, the salesman who assisted us, was knowledgeable and polite. Asked very specific questions as to what we were looking and showed us a variety of mattresses that were in the style and price range we had specified. Wrapping up the sale, he fully explained the delivery process and cost of taking away the old mattress. Overall a very pleasant and easy sales experience.”

“Had a great experience here this week. Sales person shanell was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Wife and I had an idea of what we wanted which made the experience a bit quicker. They had a great sale for Memorial Day. We made a choices. Got some upgrades and shanell helped us with some coupons too. Delivery was a snap within two days. Would shop here again. “As always i had a great experience with Simon's. The salesperson, Robert, was very helpful and the transaction was smooth. He called when he said he would (when the stove came in and then a delivery date) and the day of delivery went off without a hitch. The plumber that works with them (Franklin Plumbing) was also very efficient in disconnecting my old gas stove and coming back right after delivery and hooking up the new one. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new appliance or furniture.”
