I have had a inground pool 10 years. Pool pals is the first pool company that comes when they say and communicate constantly. They are fantastic Sean works with me and he is fantastic.

Have used Pool Pals since the first year their company opened. Very reliable and honest company.

We started using Pool Pals over 20 years ago for pool service as well as the closing of our pool. This year we started using them for the weekly maintenance. Not sure why we didn’t do that before but what a great service. They are extremely responsive and make pool ownership so much easier.

We have always felt that a successful future for Pool Pals would require veering away from the traditional route of continuously hiring more and more employees and instead introduce owners who have a stake in the company with a similar mindset as an owner. Imagine the operator servicing the pool in your back yard every time is also the managing partner! Success, in our opinion, is to have the absolute best reputation around with a large group of happy customers. Of course nothing typed in this profile will ever be able to convince anyone, but once you have an opportunity to experience our style you will then understand why we are "The Swimming Pool Service Company, Re-imagined!"
