“I have lived in Milford for many years and I have always been treated exceptionally well at this location. We did my families passports at this location with Tyler and he was great with the pictures and instructions. They were very nice when doing the pictures for my newborn's passport. There's also a really nice young lady that has helped me multiple times as well and she is always very clear on what you need and the best way to get it done unfortunately I can't remember her name at this time. I would also like to point out Sheri who helped me this past month when I needed some assistance with getting things done properly after having to deal with paperwork related to my mother's passing.

“Visited on a Friday afternoon. After paying for 2 money orders for over $1200 the computer glitched and the employee couldn’t figure out how to print them out. It was escalated with 2 managers who also could not help. Through the whole experience, Austin was awesome. While I had to go home without my money or money orders, he assured me he would contact me asap to get it resolved. Thinking I wouldn’t hear back until at least Monday, 2 hours later, he called me to come back and pick up the money orders. It was a super stressful situation and he handled it really well. He was the only person working that day and definitely deserves recognition for his actions. Thanks, Austin!”

“This post office is located directly next to Village Pizza, so it’s hard to find if you’re looking for a typical post office in a free standing building. However, our experience applying for passports at this located was seamless. I believe D’Ann was the person who helped us, and although it was busy she was quick and efficient with our paperwork. It’s a stressful process and she made me feel reassured throughout making sure we had everything.”

“I want to extend my sincere thanks to Hector. I arrived at the post office on August 7, 2026 looking to ship an envelope overnight. Hector provided me with one of your envelopes and placed my envelope inside it. He addressed it for me, weighed the envelope & marked it for overnight delivery. After I paid Hector, he took the time to go over the receipt with me and show me the arrows he drew on the lines I would need if I wanted to track my package. Not only was Hector helping me, he was assisting other customers as well. He was so pleasant, kind & helpful. I hope he gets to see this message. “I only went into the United States Postal Service in Woonsocket, RI to drop off some business paperwork in the outgoing mailbox, today and yesterday. There's 2 parking options here - on street parking in front of the building on Social Street, or take a left at the traffic light, next immediate left after that leads to the parking lot in the back of the building. No handicapped options in the front of the building, there's a set of stairs to get in and out. Back parking lot I'm not sure about, but the back door is manual operation, same as the front of the building”
