One of the best post offices i have ever used, staff is friendly and helpful. Not a ton of parking given the location and property size but I go out of my way to do business here and even got a PO box here

This post office is very antique. I love going there - the moment you walk in - you are suddenly transformed to the times when America was just coming to its existence; life slows down and I imagine how ladies would walk into this post office in their big dresses and hats..

The workers here are incredible! They’ve helped me do everything from find missing packages to making sure everything I send gets to the destination on time & they do it all w a smile! So a big thank you to the Franklin Ma PO workers from me. 10⭐️’s also a Big Thank you to my former mail carrier he was THE BEST!
