“Mr. Pisini is the guy to go to. He has decades of experience and truly cares about his customers. When the rubber layer of my heel of my cowboy boot came off and I needed my boots fixed after walking and slipping and falling on a heel without grip for a week, he graciously offered fixed them right then ahead of all his other jobs (as I did not bring another pair of shoes on accident, normally it would take a few days for a repair but it was dangerous for me to walk as I could slip and fall) He is truly a kind soul and now I can wear my boots for many more months. Next time they need to be fixed I will bring them here and will remember another pair of shoes.”

“Love, love, LOVE this place!!! What a beautiful store and the clothes...wow! Went in there for a dress and I have to say I'm so glad I did. I was explaining my recent weight issues and how I hate trying stuff on, and the owner/salesperson (not sure which, I didn't think to ask) was so kind and helpful. She brought me tons of gorgeous things to try on and offered suggestions for jewelry/shoes, etc. I could have spent my day there! If you need some pretty updates to your wardrobe and want more than your typical chain store clothing choice, run don't walk to this store!”

“My husband and I frequent this store often. We purchase shoes or sneakers not only for ourselves but for our grandchildren as well. On our last visit, we were greeted by a very friendly associate whom we had never seen before. His name is Vu. We told him that we were looking for arch supporting slides for my husband and comfortable sandals for myself for our vacation. Vu went over and above with helping us not only by finding two pairs for my husbands size 13 feet but showed us how we can use the bogo deal with purchasing my sandals. We are so very happy with our purchases (2 pairs for each of us). Vu also saved us more money by asking for my rewards and using our frequent shopping trip coupons and birthday coupon. Vu’s friendly and helpful customer service was refreshing in the world we are living in. He needs to be commended by the store owner and manager for his outstanding professionalism and customer service. We will continue to make this Famous Footwear location our go to.”
