I am furious. I went into this store for the 1st and paid $ 135.00 to overnight a small package. The transaction happened on Saturday 11.18an. The package was delivered on Monday. I spoke to the manager Tamara who said it said so on the receipt. I explained I needed the next day and was told by the associate it would arrive the next day. She said that is not the policy no deliveries on Sunday. I said I have never overnighted anything and again I paid to have Timmie delivered overnight she said not her problem.
I always go to the postal center and they do amazing work but this had to be overnighted and I made the mistake of trusting the associate who took my money and said yes it would be overnighted.
The manager talked over me and I will not be using that store again .
It's horrible spending money and not getting what I asked for.

5 stars because of Kate at UPS Franklin. She is the most pleasant and helpful person I have interacted with ever in there. A lot of people working there seem like they don’t want to be there and they don’t greet you! I come here often for returns/tracking and Kate is the best! If more people were like her the world would be a better place!

The employees are the best here, especially Kate and Tamara. Even though they are usually very busy, they are still so friendly, kind, and helpful every time. I usually don’t like going to shipping stores, but I don’t mind going to the Franklin location because they always make my visit such a pleasant and helpful one.

I went into the UPS store completely clueless on how to manage a return I had to do. Kate was there. She was sweet, professional, and made it so unbelievably simple and easy. Kate is bomb.

Talion was very patient and helpful for my return. I had to retrieve my phone to get the correct address and he started the process until I returned. He also asked me if I was a AAA member to get a discount! It was a pleasure completing my return. Highlighted my tracking code for any follow-up. Great job and anyone that employs you will be very happy!
