As other reviews here say, Ken, the franchise owner, refuses to let customers return multiple amazon items with one shared QR code. He states his IT department wants it to be "one code for one item" and makes customers cancel the return and instead return each item individually. I don't know why he thinks he knows Amazon policy better than Amazon itself, but I've never had issues with any other employee at the store nor any other UPS store. I've also never had issues with amazon nor any indication from them that I should have any trouble returning multiple items with one QR code at a UPS store. Today he made me cancel the return and start returns for each item, but only half of the items allowed me to do this. I may be charged for the remaining ones (this was a try before you buy order) and I am disappointed in this store for making more work and stress for me during the holidays. This return should have been easy and was instead a 40 minute ordeal. Ken also asked me to name which employees allowed me to return multiple items with one QR code so he could fire them. I declined and he told me he would find out anyway and they would be fired. So not only is Ken failing to provide a service they both UPS and Amazon say he must provide, but also threatening to fire his employees for providing this service.

I've seen this same review a few times over the past year, and don't relish sharing another poor example of customer service.Multiple times over the past few weeks, I've had the owner at this store, Ken, refuse to accept my Amazon return because he thinks he knows better than Amazon. After multiple iterations of working with Amazon, I have been assured that this worker does not know what he is talking about, and is giving incorrect information to customer about Amazon's policies and operations. The return in question, is regarding multiple of the same items packaged together and utilizing the same QR code. Amazon instructs to package them together and gives a single QR code. Ken, the owner at this store, will not accept this. He is consistently rude and seems like he is telling other customers the exact same wrong information. I've already put in a complaint to Amazon, just want to make sure people understand the hassle they are in for when they walk through this door.I'm a regular customer here, but no longer. It's too easy to return Amazon items at the Whole Foods in Bellingham and use the local USPS for shipping, which is cheaper and quicker than UPS anyways.

Went in there to print a shipping label and drop off a package and had almost the exact same experience as a previous reviewer. I was told it would be $5 for them to print an adhesive label or pay $3 to use their computer for 15 minutes and then another 50 cents to print my label on paper. The employee was polite when describing my options and pricing, but I ended up going to Staples, paying 23 cents to print my label and then drop it off to the UPS dropoff located there. It just seems insane to me that printing the label costs about the same as shipping my package across the country. I would not recommend using this location for printing services.

Today, a Friday, at 4:45 pm, a constant line of customers streaming in was clearly stressful for employees. I dropped off 2 prepaid packages and asked to make 30 copies of a document from a memory stick. Katie, who was helping me, took a few moments to help me, out from behind the desk. Efficient, yet helpful and kind. For a 12 dollar sale. Memorable. I just want to reach out and say that the world needs more people like Katie. Please tell her I said so.

Went there a few min ago to ship back a package. I did not have the return label with me, although I had it attached to an email. Had no barcode (just PDF file) so I needed to print out the label. That store does not allow me to email the label to them so they can print out for me. An employee then directed me to a computer so I could print out the label myself. They wanted to charge $3 just to use the computer and then about 0.49 cents to print a label. I advised the employee I would go to Staples and do it for about 0.23 cents. His response was "Yeah, Okay. They're going to charge you the same fees." I've done this at Staples numerous times before so I knew that wasn't the case.Drove to a local Staples and printed out my return label for 0.23 cents. The personnel there put the label in a label pouch for me, affixed it to my package and shipped it out .UPS Franklin Village Drive, Franklin MA, you may want to revisit your policies about cost of logging on to a computer and printing shipping labels. It's excessive just to print a label !

Will never go to this store again. On numerous occasions, we have gone here to return Amazon packages. One particular employee has consistently made rude comments about us being responsible for packaging the items, despite Amazon specifically saying that UPS would package them. Most recently, we had to return something where Amazon said we were responsible for supplying our own return box. Because we didn't have that, we paid the UPS store charge ($16.35..... must be an awesome box!). What the employee didn't tell my wife was that this store also charges $11.45 PLUS tax to put the item in the box. The bill shows this service rung in as a second box with tax. That was fishy, in my opinion. My wife would have gladly done this herself, but was not given this option. When I got home, I called to complain. He said "that's how we do things here" and repeated this when I asked why my wife wasn't given this option...... and he was not very polite. I am very curious if this is even legal for them to charge this much for an "optional" service that my wife could have done (but wasn't given the opportunity).... but also to categorize it as a good instead of a service and charge the tax rate as such.In short, STAY AWAY from this store. I will be filing a complaint with UPS, Amazon, and may even speak with the Better Business Bureau. It takes a LOT to get me to go to these lengths, but this employee has gotten me to that point.

I'm used to travel all over the USA and print documents at UPS Stores whenever I need.5 dollars for a regular black&white document here. I recommend your owner to put the price $555. Also crazy, but better business

Excellent serviceI've had questionable experiences at this store but it seems to be going uphill with new employeesThe hot blonde chick that works there is incredibly sweet and personable I had a bunch of amazon returns on one code and she explained to me WHY they need to be separated instead of just demanding i separate them AND she did it all for me quickly and she helped me with my cable box return again which was fast and easy.Glad to see this store finally has some good employees

I don't usually use this UPS location. I was told not to use one return code for more than one item. Amazon allows this and the code will specify it's for more than one item. I was told to make a separate code for every returned item which makes no sense and would make the already slow moving line go even slower. The employee was giving the women in front of me a hard time too, she was also sending out amazon returns. I've returned tons of amazon purchases at my local UPS store and it literally takes no more than a couple minutes and the employees have never given me a problem. Avoid this location if possible the employees are slow and like to argue.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!! Even though there’s a UPS Store closer to me, I will only use the Franklin Massachusetts store from now on. Wish I had names so they got the recognition they deserve!

I went in to send a box with one baby outfit in it and the obnoxious man who waited on me said it was $101. To mail the box. I said that was outrageous and he said I could send it for $79. I have sent to this address before and it was only $15. He said that was what it is. I abruptly took the package and went to the post office and the charge was $12.This store is not a business I would recommend or ever frequent again. Highway robbery!!

There drivers can't even read numbers correctly. Lie about delivering a package while I'm outside waiting and then when you call about it, they tell you they delivered it to the correct address. Well the proof of delivery says otherwise, it only shows the city with no street. How are you going to tell me that it got delivered to me, when the proof of delivery doesn't even provide my address.

Wonderful place. The owner knows exactly what needs to be done. He makes certain the mission is accomplished. If you ship from here your items will be packed perfectly and the items will arrive as promised. Yes it it is obvious he runs a tight ship. He demands his employees do their jobs properly. More employers should embrace that attitude. This shop and its owner warrant the highest possible praise.Superb service.

I was about done with this store after many bad experiences and rude employees but had to go late Wednesday night to get a check overnighted because the post office was already closed. I was helped by a young woman with blonde hair and blue eyes, she had an Irish tattoo. She was very helpful, could not overnight my check because their last pick up had just left but she was pleasant, greeted me with a big gorgeous smile and patiently answered all my questions and tried to be as helpful as possible. I typically feel rushed and unwelcomed.I don't know if she's new or filling in from another store is my guess as she was very knowledgeable about the store. Whoever she was I hope she's there for good and wasn't just a fill in.
