“Love, love, LOVE this place!!! What a beautiful store and the clothes...wow! Went in there for a dress and I have to say I'm so glad I did. I was explaining my recent weight issues and how I hate trying stuff on, and the owner/salesperson (not sure which, I didn't think to ask) was so kind and helpful. She brought me tons of gorgeous things to try on and offered suggestions for jewelry/shoes, etc. I could have spent my day there! If you need some pretty updates to your wardrobe and want more than your typical chain store clothing choice, run don't walk to this store!”
“go book with sheena!! my hair was dark brown box dyed and super patchy, i used a color remover the night before and she was able to get all of the box dye out and i ended up with this BEAUTIFUL blonde bayalage. so affordable as well and i’ve never felt more confident with my hair! honestly better than the inspiration photos i showed! im obsessed!”

She is always making sure form is correct and giving individual attention to those who need it. “My husband and I have some great leather belts, but we've both lost weight and now the belts are too big. The company we bought them from won't shorten them for us, and we didn't want to spend money on new belts. A Google search for leathersmiths turned up Bellows Leather. Long story short, I am glad I called! May was happy to shorten our belts properly, and for a reasonable price. She shortened 4 belts for us for what it would've cost to buy one new one, and she did it in a way so as we continue losing weight we won't need to have them shortened again. May is fantastic! And there is so much to see in the shop, we'll have to make another trip to do some proper shopping. Thank you, May!”
“I went to Kohl's in North Smithfield to look for a couple of items, upon cashing out on Saturday, 7/20, I didn't receive the proper e-mail notification for the receiving the percent discount. There was an error in the notification. She helped download the Kohl's application. The associate Whitney who helped me was so very helpful, patient & kind! She was very informative and if you happen to have & meet Whitney, she was the BEST and has the best customer service! We need more people like her in the world today! Thank you, Whitney for your kindness, and assisting me at the North Smithfield, Kohls, & reassured me & made sure that I received the discount no matter how long it took! Thank you again Whitney! You are the best!

“Had an issue with my Butter Timberlands, whereas inside of boot lining was defective from factory. The management team just needed to see the issue firsthand!! Long story short management replaced without any issues. Resolving customer concerns is a high priority at this location??????”

“Super helpful staff!! Bought the wrong size in shorts, so I had to go back the next day to make an exchange. The process was so easy and quick. This will definitely be my home store for Rainbow, even though I live in Smithfield. Super clean, organized, and what seems like a lot more options than the other locations I've been to.”

“The store is always clean, organized. Unfortunately the people shopping are nowhere to be found. This mall is slowly closing down. Many stores are already moved out. I'm sure the remaining ones are not going to renew the lease. It's very unfortunate because the malls was always a place to go and actually see what you're looking for. Photos online shopping doesn't cut it.”

“Went to WHBM for the first time on Friday night 15 minutes before they closed. Went in to see if they had suits for women. The two female staff there were so friendly and helpful even though they were about to close. They helped me try on a variety of suits and I found a set that I love. I was so impressed by their help I’m writing a Google review! Haha. I haven't experienced this kind of care at a retail store in years. I looked online to check out their styles and I will definitely visit this store again to shop for other outfits!”

“Thank you Joe and Rose. I came in looking for a suit for my mother's wake back in December. It was a sudden passing no one saw coming. Rose seemed to drop everything and spent all her attention hooking me up. Joe had my suit tailored within an hour. The kindness I received went beyond customer service. There was genuine empathy and caring for a total stranger. Rose even threw in a tie, as if to say, "we're sorry." Believe me when I say that the merchandise in both stores is plenty enough reason to shop there. But When you experience something like this, you just know that there are many intangibles you're NEVER going to find in the chain stores and quite frankly, very few places of business period. Check out Rose's Corner and Spallone & Son Men's clothing. You won't regret it.”
