“Our reason for transferring here was to follow Dr. Brown (who by the way is AMAZING). Establishing with a new vet clinic can always be a little intimidating but not here. Every staff member we encountered during our visit was warm and welcoming. They were patient with questions and I never felt rushed. Most importantly at no time did anyone try to upsell services or products we didn’t need, which was really appreciated. Thanks for being amazing with our cat, Thomas Pickles!”

“My wife and I just recently went to Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic for the first time with our new dog. Dr. Grossi and the all the staff were great. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Dr. Grossi gave my dog a thorough examination and treated her for a few issues. She was amazing. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone.”

“5 stars is not enough, because Taunton Animal Hospital breaks the scale. Dr. Cowe and their team are full of bright, caring, genuine people who have left an imprint on my heart on how well they take care of my dog (and me) Every single person who was working on 11/6/23 I need to personally thank. The love is un-matched and I will never take my dog elsewhere. Thank you everyone for being kind people. I freaking love you all! xoxo”

“Our Vet. Dr.Doshi was very attentive and listened to our concerns with our 10 yr.old Corgi, Molly. The Vet Teach was very nice also. The wait is unbelievably long. But, it has been this way since I brought our first pup in 30 years ago! The staf seems to be working like crazy, but they have so much on their plates it seems they will never catch up. I had no one in front of me and yet waited 16 minutes standing there just to check in. Again, it does not seem like their fault. As I watch it, it just looks like they are all juggling way too much! Then again, our document everything society has put more onto all medical fields. The girls behind the desk are still very sweet. Its as if they have too much to juggle...and believe me, I KNOW! I can juggle!”

“My cat, Riley, recently had his annual wellness visit. The staff recognizes him as a regular patient and they are well aware of his frequent dental issues and his nasal issues due to his flat nose. The doctor remembered his last emergency visit when she had to adjust his third eyelid and asked if there had been any more incidences. Riley definitely gets personal treatment from the entire staff and they have my total confidence.”

“Forgive me for the lengthy review, but I believe this is worth the read if you also have a cat who tends to be a bit difficult to examine due to their anxiety.I have been bringing my cats to TCH for a little while now, and I can't give enough praise for the level of exceptional care they ALWAYS provide. A recent visit with one of my cats, who is very defensive when in an unfamiliar place, compelled me to write a review. If you are a new cat parent or are looking to switch from a previous location, TCH is the place to go!My cat is a sweetheart, but like many, she becomes anxious/upset in unfamiliar environments. She gets overwhelmed easily and tends to lash out as a result. I've had less-than-pleasant encounters at a different clinic where the staff seemed uninterested in finding a way to work with my grouchy girl. I try to be understanding because I understand that burnout is very real when it comes to this profession... With that said, it was a different story at TCH, especially because of Dr. Abby Fitzgerald and Cat.Dr. Fitzgerald and Cat were incredibly patient, calm, and gentle with my girl. They truly went above and beyond, taking extra measures such as moving slowly, speaking quietly, and even doing my cat's examinations on the FLOOR to ensure she felt less exposed and overwhelmed on the exam table. TCH also makes use of FELIWAY-infused towels as well as FELIWAY diffusers, which has been shown to have calming effects on cats. The result? A surprisingly smooth experience. Although she gave a couple of hisses and swats, she was far more cooperative than in previous experiences. In the past (at different clinics), my girl would run and hide under the bed for hours after a visit to the vet as she would be so anxious. But, at our TCH visit? She walked out of her carrier and took a nap on the cat tree as if nothing ever happened when we came home. She also didn't say a "word" on the car ride back home (she is often vocal in the car, as she was very displeased on our commute TO the clinic). The TCH team, including Dr. Zilinski and Dr. Lovelace who have also seen/treated my other cats, are consistently kind, caring, and welcoming to questions. Bryana and Julie have also become familiar faces to my cats, and their hard work and presence is always appreciated. My family and I are always cautious with who we trust with our fluffy family members, and I can confidently say that I can put my trust in anyone at TCH when it comes to the well-being of my cats.In summary, TCH stands out as the kindest, most patient, and most trustworthy team for your cats. They go above and beyond to make it a smooth experience for anxious cats, and all while keeping everyone safe. Oh, and don't forget to say hello to the adorable resident cat, Babyface!”

“Thank you very much Melissa for the accommodation you made for us on Saturday. As a new client Melissa went above an beyond what was expected. Dr. Jayaram and the tech were excellent. Dr. Jayaram took her time gave her a complete exam and fully explained by dog's problem. My dog had a UTI and is overweight. We are addressing both issues. I believe they will have to add Polish Lowland Sheepdog to their breed database.”

“Cannot recommend Spinnaker enough. The care they gave me and my Rudy during such a difficult time was all I could ask for. They also care for my friends pack. I have personally witnessed Dr. Fleming call well after hours to check on my friends dog who was having GI issues leading into a weekend. Tracy and the rest of the support staff are amazing. Incredibly thorough and calming in times of stress. Please, whatever you do, have your animals seen by this team! Spinnaker team, thank you, again ♥️”

“You shall not find a more caring vet hospital than Chase Farm. Recently, I had to say goodbye for now to my 18-1/2 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Emma. It was the worst day of my life. Dr. Thompson was so kind, and reassured me that it was time, and the right thing to do for Emma. Dr. Thompson provided the best care possible for Emma. I will never forget Dr. Thompson's kindness. All the staff at Chase Farm are phenomenal. Thank you to all who cared for my Emma. Thank you for making my worst day a little easier.”

“We are new clients and have had great experiences here so far! The staff is very nice and accommodating. I personally really appreciate being able to go in the room with my dog the entire time during exams. I don’t leave my dogs anywhere, so this is a huge seller for me.”

“It is so relieving to have a local place that truly cares about the animals in its care. The doctor takes her time in explaining what she is seeing with your pets (and in plain terms that you can understand), and the techs are great at breaking down what needs to be done and what follow-up care or appointments are needed. The daycare gives my dog great exercise and a workout, and I appreciate that they try to keep her clean even when the weather outside is horrific. Price is what is; I'd love to pay less, but I appreciate they have a ton of staff around that need to eat. Still haven't found a better bargain in the area though.”

“4 1/2 stars I was fortunate to get an appointment within two weeks of calling to neuter our rabbit. The only issue was receiving different instructions for arrival and what food to bring, partly because I did not speak with the same scheduler. But, I was able to clarify one day prior. The check-in service and communication were good. I also appreciated the hospital considering my travel distance and getting the procedure underway without delay. After surgery: The Vet surgeon was thorough with feedback and recommendations (check-up details, aftercare, diet, and dental). Follow up: The hospital reached out to status his recovery, which is considerate! :o) No issues whatsoever. We will revisit New England Animal Hospital if we cannot find a local vet that services rabbits.”

“They are so helpful and very good with the animals. My dogs love going to petco for their vaccinations because itis less stressful than a regular vet. There are so many interesting smells and things to see that they are very distracted.Plus afterwards I buy them a treat for being so good. And getting all their vaccines without the visit fee is amazing. You are saving between 50 to 150 just for the visit fee. That is not a small thing. If they just need thier shots. Go here hands down.”

“Today we came in to buy some fish and met Ben!!! not only was he knowledgeable about the fish no matter what I asked about he seem to know about everything in the store with detail!! He went out of his way to help us never once did I feel rushed or forced to buy anything!! yet I bought so many things that I was not there for because he took time to explain the benefits of the reward system perfectly. in the end I ended up saving over $150 it's nice to meet people that like their job and are knowledgeable really think he could've ran that store by himself. "Bottom line is you have a great employee on your hands treat him well" My Husband says I say make him management or lead of training at all your locations. The world needs Bens!!”
