At the Gardner Staples store they are racists. This is the second time that I am going to deliver a package from Amazon and since I didn't know how to do something on the computer, I asked an employee for help, and by the way there were no other customers and he refused, he told me here are the instructions, let yourself go and do it if you knew how to do it. I wouldn't have bothered them because that's why they are there to help but they are racists. Because at the leomister store you ask for help and immediately if you see that they explain and you don't know how to do it, they go ahead and do it while you explain. BUT THESE employees today, Wednesday, March 20, 2024, 1:10 pm, those who are there are racists, from the manager to the other 2 employees who are in that department. Because not one of them wanted to help me, I called the manager and explained to him and I told him. You were there and you didn't help either. It's incredible that there are so many racists in this day and age. Very good example of the manager who did nothing.RACIST

I have been going to Staples on and off over the past 20 years plus for different reasons (ink, supplies, UPS drop off, copies, etc). I found out about UPS store and drop off differences when I had to return a cable box. Not their (Staples) fault, and there was a local store close by but not anymore. So now with Amazon I have to use the drop off and pay extra money $6.99 for box and label even though I have the original box. Again NOT Staples fault! Thank you Staples for your services!

I’ve been here probably hundreds of times at this point and I’ve never left so frustrated. The older dude with the long hair who works mostly in printing and marketing always has a chip on his shoulder but this time he cost me 20$ due to his arrogance and inability to admit he might be wrong. I assumed staples now did the QR code returns for Amazon since they have a bunch of new advertising. Rather than kindly explain that there is a specific code for staples he would repeat “this is not an ups store, this is staples DROP OFF”. With that return since it was a gift return, there was no staples return option, hence me not knowing it was a thing. Clearly, I understood that it was a staples but I was unaware there was a specific code for staples ups drop off. I’m used to printing the label myself or going to an ups store. He canceled my order and got my return stuck in limbo. And now I’m out 20$ and a the gift for my sons birthday. It was 10:30 in the morning and I simply needed help, not some arrogate and rude guy taking it out some stress on the customer.Everyone else there is quite lovely and kind. The hours are short but overall I get everything i need from here. 3 stars for that dudes constant rude behavior.

I walked into the bustling store while holding a project given to me late the night before, with little hope that Staples could help. Josh, the print and marketing supervisor, stated there was no way the printing job could be done today, but he could have it for tomorrow. I understood and said I was flying out the next morning for my father’s memorial in Colorado and these cards were for that service. Josh paused for a moment, looked at my project, and told me to email the information to the store. He took at least 30 minutes out of his demanding day and perfected what I had sent him, created the cards, and handed them to me. It moved me to tears. Thank you for being so kind during a difficult time. It meant the world.

Went there to get some business cards printed, and the person who helped me, Matt was professional and friendly (with a good sense of humor too), and had great communication skills on how long it was gonna take and when it would be good to pick it up. This is one of the Staples in Massachusetts that's not stressful
