Even though he was managing the store and helping multiple customers at once, he still took the time to walk out to my car three separate times to help me get it started.
Throughout the whole experience, Mark stayed calm, patient, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. He went far beyond what anyone would expect, never making me feel like I was an inconvenience despite how busy he was.

“Ralph is wonderful to work with. I’ve had my car repaired here twice, both times through no fault of my own. The first incident occurred when Tally’s Truck Center damaged the undercarriage of my car by towing it incorrectly. I drive a high-end sports car and am very particular about who works on it, so I truly appreciated the care and craftsmanship Ralph and his crew put into returning it to its original condition. Their work helped make up for a very frustrating experience with Tally’s and their lack of accountability.

“We purchased a battery here and were having some issues with it. I thought it was under warranty, so I stopped by to have it checked. The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful and professional. He brought out his handheld tester, confirmed the battery was unfortunately bad, and then went back inside to verify that it was still under warranty.
He immediately arranged for a replacement, and his colleague came out and installed the new battery on the spot. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is refreshing and very much appreciated.”

“I brought my car to Gloucester Autobody last week after being involved in a accident that heavily damaged the left side rear door. Really couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the work done. They ended up replacing the door. The paint was flawless, body work looks better than new, alignment of the door is perfect, opens and closes like new. In addition to the impressive body work, the job was completed ahead of schedule at a very fair price and the car looked like it was just detailed! Best autobody shop experience I've had, and I've had a few.”
