The staff at the pharmacy are rude. Every time I call to get prescription filled they are constantly telling me an old order and it's expired and can never find the last order I had the month before which was for 3 months. Even if my insurance company calls them, they won't help them. They are even rude to them. Im suprised they are still open with all the bad reviews I've read,; won't ever go back. I'd rather go to walgreens and pay a higher price.

Christina is wonderful! She always helps me with everything I need. She reminds me if I have coupons and she is very pleasant and because I am a senior, she reminds me not to forget anything.
She is an excellent manager!

Thank you to the Pharmacy Team for going above and beyond! I received a refill message to pick-up, went to my local CVS to learn my prescription was in Napa! I had traveled last fall, forgot my prescription and had a seamless experience to get my prescription filled in Napa, thank you! At the Gloucester CVS, the girl mentioned my prescription was in Napa and when I asked what to do, she offered she would speak with the Pharmacist and switch it back. I was able to pick up the next day, was awesome! Thank you to the Pharmacy Team here in Gloucester who saved me a lot of time and I'm sure a lot less stress taking care of this for me. I truly appreciated the extra effort you made, you have no idea!

Wow! The pharmacist hung up on me just for asking questions regarding my medication. So rude and unprofessional. They never have my medication ready when they say. I'm always standing in long lines, then they close the pharmacy down so they can have their lunch break. Always an issue at this place. I will be switching to a different pharmacy now. I'm not even going to bother with this place anymore. I will go elsewhere to a pharmacy where I actually can be treated with respect.

This CVS employees are unhelpful and rude at this location. The pharmacy staff is very unhelpful and appear to be inefficient in the way they manage service to customers. They don't seem to care about providing any level of customer care.

absolutely awful the two night shift ladies were extremely rude, saying we had to make it quick because they needed to go home and the registers were closed (which they shouldnt be) and then the lady gave me attitude when self checkout wasnt working. hope those two old ladies get fired

The pharmacist actually hung up on me! I went into store. While waiting in line, I could hear the pharmacist and the helper, talking about a customer. Oh my god. This place is so lacking!! ZERO PROFESSIONALISM!!! I called corporate.

I am appalled at the way CVS assumes its customers are dumb. Customers often use their coupons to save money but CVS' coupons are virtually worthless. Today I went in and bought a foot care item that was $11.99. I gave the coupon to the cashier and what do you know, the coupon stated the item had to be $12. This happens more often than not and I will not shop there anymore. It is nothing short of insulting to pretend you are giving someone a discount, and then inevitably the coupon is ineligible. CVS ought to take a good hard look at their policies- Customers are smarter than you think!

this review is for the CVS at 100 GLOUCESTER CROSSING ROAD gloucester, ma.. BAD management and RUDE employee.. i called to find out what i needed to do to get a flu shot.. they said on the phone just come in we do walk in's.. so i walked in and they said oh sorry we're closing at 5pm this was sat. at 4:50pm.. they said come back tomorrow at 10am and we can help you then.. so i returned the next morning sun. @10am as they has had instructed.. they then said oh sorry we can't give you a walk in we only do appts. on weekends.. so i explained that this was not what i was told the day before.. they clearly asked me to come back at 10am the following morning for a walk in.. they still refused to give the flu shot even out of courtesy for having me come back a second day.. they said it was unfair to other customers.. but i was the only customer there.. i then complained to the corporate office.. they were very apologetic and i was then instructed to go to another cvs where the flu shot was promptly administered.. bad management and bad customer service at CVS at gloucester crossing..

This CVS is a lot better than the one at Gloucester Crossing. The one on Gloucester crossing is a disaster. At least at this CVS doesn't have a ridiculously long lines and at least the staff here are decent and don't have lousy attitudes like at the other CVS.
