Less we forget these folks were open during height of the pandemic to serve our furry family members. They've been incredibly short staffed like so many other retail stores. Cut them slack and appreciate how hard they work.

I tried calling this place for info and it rang for at least 20x's no answer, called back and tried grooming, again no answer. So much for customer service. I'll take my Business elsewhere

I asked a question about leashes and the employee was so passive aggressive I could tell when she gets older she'll have a "let me speak with your manager" haircut. Everyone else was okay I guess, but this one lady was some kind of j****
