We are out of state and our rental from Turo had a low tire pressure warning. Ben, professionally and without hesitation, checked and filled the tires before our long drive.

Got new tires at sullivan- the price was very fair (around $550, parts and labor and tire disposal included). Communicating with them was extremely easy. The employees were kind. My tires were put on very quickly, they even called and let me know that I could come early. Love supporting an employee owned company too.
