“When I was young and just getting into the car world, my grandfather looked me in the eye and said Sam, if you want your car fixed right, go see Warren Whitehead! He's the best in town. Well I have been going to Whiteheads since I was a teen and I'm 54 now, I saw Jim when he worked with his dad and watched him grow into an excellent mechanic just like his father. I saw Warren hand his business down to his son and my trust never wavered because before Warren handed it down to Jim, Jim was already doing great work on my car. And his mechanic Steve, what can I say about Steve? I had an old Dodge Caravan that made knocking noises when stepping on the gas or slowing down and on bumpy roads. I brought it to a mechanic I was using for awhile because he was inexpensive due to the fact he worked out of his garage at his home and had little overhead. He told me it was my struts and $380 later which was actually a great price for getting two struts down, and I drove it away and it still made the same noise. I said that's it I'm going back to Whitehead, I'd rather pay more and get it fixed the first time. So I brought it to Whitehead and Steve was the one I explained things to do he worked on my car. He calls me up in a couple of hours and says your all set. I said really? He said yeah noise is gone. I cringed and said what's the damage? He said $66. I ssid your kidding what was the problem? He says you had a broken motor mount and I was able to weld it back together. So if you want honesty and Quality work, Take it to Whitehead!”

“These guys are the best. Every time I've brought my car in they have helped me to find a solution and taken the time to explain all aspects of the problem to me. They are patient and they really know what they are talking about. I am a grad student hoping to get a couple more years out of my car, and I feel that they treat me and my car with the same respect they would give to anyone. Extremely honest and affordable, multiple times I've picked my car up and the bill was $0 because the fix was something simple like removing corrosion from a switch and there was no part required. I can't say how much I appreciate them.”
