John is an absolute beast at Victra Verizon, Glosta. Go there if you want fast, guaranteed service. Upgrading my phone and getting set up etc was a breeze. Gonna bring moms in soon to see John!

The regular employee couldn't be very helpful, as he wasn't very knowledgeable of android phones. The manager was extremely helpful. I can't afford the extra 'perks'. It seems like your system was designed to drag people into 'perks', whether they need/want them or not. He's good at helping me remove them!

Terrible experience. Extremely rude and high pressure to try and make us but extra options we very clearly said we didn't want. Completely opaque about the various bill components and their cost.

Jason was smart and helpful. He got my daughter's phone warranty to kick in when hers got the pink line down the screen. He also got our plans updated easily and quickly and made sure everything was transferred over. Even though there was a line, he has a calm and competent manner and got thru everyone.

Wonderful, knowledgeable, personal service from John and Dee. They are both an asset to Verizon. You might need to have the IT team step it up though, as I had to leave to find an ATM because electronic transactions were disabled for some reason.

I have been here several times and received patient, knowledgeable, and effective service
from Jason and John. They put me at ease and helped Soviet a frustrating problem. There is always a pleasant atmosphere in this store, a tone I think Dee sets by being a positive role model and makes customers feel noticed. I’m planning to return soon to purchase my next new phone .

I first met Jason Gibson and a trainee under a tent outside the Gloucester Crossing store on July 11, 2025. The store was closed due to an emergency scheduled cleaning. Jason was very apologetic. We returned on 7/13/25. Jason was alone in the store on that day. He worked patiently with everyone who entered the store. And there were several! Jason’s high level of expertise made for an easy trade-in transaction of my iPhone 13 ProMax for an iPhone 16 ProMax. I was very pleased with Jason’s customer service. And even more so I was impressed with his technical dexterity in dealing with three transactions similar to mine. And I include my wife’s transaction as part of mine.

My experience was great and easy left there only paying $7 and change and got internet access with max and Netflix added for no extra cost the whole thing cost about $100 month a lot better than the $350 xfinity was charging. Ask for jason Gibson he was excellent
