“Had to take my car there twice for the rear end. First time (pre-covid), my wife was driving my car and an idiot on an icy road plowed into the back of the car. They fixed it (obviously the other drivers insurance paid for it) and then work was done well and in a timely manor. Second time, I was driving and hit from behind by a driver on their phone. 1812 informed me that due to supply chain issues the part would take a while to come in but they had everything ready to go (they painted the part ahead of time to match my car) so when I brought in my car it was only there for one afternoon. A+ service in my book.”

“Hilltown Hybrids specializes in just Toyota hybrid vehicles, and the lead mechanic is a Toyota-trained specialist who is working out of a barn way out in the countryside. There is no signage, it looks like another country home with a very large utility barn. But he’s extremely thorough, and diagnoses everything that could possibly be wrong with your vehicle. I’ve had a head gasket replacement and repairs to mouse damage done to the hybrid system for about 70% of the cost of having the dealer do it. Because they’re about 21 miles off the beaten path, they give you a free loaner if the service is going to take a few days. As an example of how long they can make a Prius last, my loaner has over 430,000 miles on it!”
