“This post is in response to Rahina Dean's post. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Harbro Auto. It's a great place to purchase a vehicle and have your vehicle serviced. I know the lobby is not that big and the sitting area in the lobby is mostly used for customers waiting for their vehicle to get done in the service department. If you went into Harbro and just sat down in the chairs in the lobby, you may have been mistaken for a service customer waiting for their car. Typically when customers come in for the sales department they go to the front desk and check in, so that the sales department knows there is a customer waiting to be helped. I would recomend you give Harbro a second chance, but this time check in with the front desk. This will insure your not mistaken as a service customer.”

“just.. WOWi can honestly say i am so happy my dad told me to bring my car here. I haven been dealing with a on going issue with my car for years even brought my car to my dealership everyone always told me it was my struts i tried getting one fixed a few years ago but my car got worse i did not have money to fix my car until one day my car left me no choice as it started acting up and locking up while i was driving i brought my car here and they recommended i get new mounts and struts fast forward car came back and was still having the same issue even after the struts were replaced i was so frustrated and discouraged thinking i was never going to get this issue resolved and that i was going to get stuck paying for things to keep getting fixed without the problem being resolved i was scared because after fixing the car and it still being the same i was hopeless and in a hole But let me just say when Scott say's his work is guaranteed they are not lying! They were the most honest kindest people i ever dealt with at a shop they will not scam you or trick you or make you think you need things fixed that are not the problem they actually listened to me when i told them something was still not right they did not leave me high and dry with this problem he was never once rude or frustrated towards me this car and it was hard to diagnose but this man went out his way to make sure he found the problem and fixed it on his own dime to reassure me i was in good hands NEVER in my life have i ever dealt with such amazing customer service down to his staff and his wife Lynn who always kept me updated and so quick and polite wither her responses! I've always been scared to bring my car to places due to being screwed over in the past by places no these people i would 1000% recommend this place to everyone with confidence if you are looking for a honest reasonable trustworthy place to bring your car THIS IS IT! Look no where else i will never bring my car to another place again besides here 10/10 highly recommend i will forever be grateful for Scott and son's and all that they did for me. “I lived within walking distance for 10 years so they became my mechanic by default. I will say that they were much more than just convenient. They were always so good to me. The staff was always friendly, especially Kevin at the front desk. There are few people in the car sales/repair business that I would EVER be happy to see and he was always cheerful and knew all the regular customers like family. The repair work was always done quickly and done well. If I didn't need something, they were always honest about it. They knew I was a repeat customer so they treated me fairly because they knew I would keep coming back to them - they were never looking to make as much money off me for that one repair, they just wanted my car to run right! They were always fair with the price and they were helpful and honest if I just needed advice about an issue with my car.They were always realistic about their schedule as well and if they had to put me off for a few days because they were busy, I went into the book and they took care of me when they said they would. Communication was always great too. I never had to chase them to find out what was happening as they would call with updates.Car repairs are never something you want to have to deal with. Crappy service compounds that. No matter what the issue was, even if I dreaded having an issue with my cars, I never dreaded taking my cars there. I can't say that about many other places. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend, even if they're out of the way.”

“I found Joe when he was at a different location and he fix the convertible top on my 2007 BMW 650i and knew exactly what the problem was. Next I took it to him for rear shocks. He and his crew did a great job and I believe pays more attention to detail than the BMW dealership. I will take all my cars to him in the future. I am going in for front struts on my BMW and I have every confidence that the results will be superior. I will keep you folks posted.”

“Extremely impressed by 3B and their honesty. Vinh and his team are such professionals. Were able to find a way to squeeze me in on Friday when I called Wednesday, even though they were short-staffed for the holidays. Going in, I thought I needed to replace both my catalytic converters, breaks, and headlights. Before starting work, they sent me a link that showed a full detailed diagnosis with pictures, which allowed me to accept or deny jobs! And they found it wasn’t the cats, it was just the 02 censors, which saved me over $1,000. Found my new shop!”

“I called this morning because one of my tires has been losing air very quickly and had to fill it three times this week. They were able to squeeze me in like an hour after I called. They found a screw in that tire and patched it and also topped off all my other tires. It took 20-30 minutes and only $40. They also took down my tire info in case I ever need new tires in the future. Will definitely be coming back when I need new tires.”

“I have been to Lamy Automotive recently for replacing steering wheel on my new Tesla Model Y ( I was trying to replace the original steering wheel that comes with Tesla to a Yoke style steering wheel for a more sporty looks) and I must admit they did an exceptional job. First they clearly told me that they have never done it before on a Tesla and they would need to do some research before attempting it. I like there honesty and the fact that they were ready to attempt this without having done similar thing before. Very happy with their service. They did it in a pretty reasonable price too. “Phil is great! Would recommend 100%! He is honest, professional, transparent, and timely with his repairs. I needed a muffler bolted on, and he took the time to make sure i supplied him all that was needed. In and out in a few hours. As with any mechanic, extra things can happen to up the price (for me it was a cross threaded bolt), but he is reasonable nonetheless. He also took the time to give me advice afterwords.”

“My wife and I went to a nice breakfast and once we left we noticed we had a flat. We had an appointment in about 45 min's which we couldn't miss. By chance, we pulled into Montuam's Auto and we were greeted by Dan the owner. He took a quick look and said no problem. He pulled the car in the bay immediately. While we waited we were greeted by 2 extremely welcoming gentlemen who offered us coffee and water. Before long, Dan popped his head in and showed me a nice tire lodged in the nail. He went back to working on it. Before I could finish my drink, Dan popped his head out and said all done. He had plugged it and only charged me $20. I gave him $25 because i was so over the moon happy with the speed and courtesy. As we were leaving, one of the guys ran to us and gave us 2 bottles of water for the road. I wished I lived closer as I would make this my main shop, but I do not. Highly recommend to anyone!”
