“Honestly I have never left a review but Kevin deserves it. From start to finish he helped me; it felt more like a big brother giving advice which was really helpful because as a young lady dealerships can and will take advantage. I with authorization from a dealership, brought the car I was interested in purchasing to get a pre-purchase inspection from Premier Auto Repair. Kevin explained the car had a lug nut missing and metal on metal braking. If you are like me and new to all this you are probably thinking what does that mean? and he broke everything down for me. The lug nut being missing meant the wheel could come loose while i'm driving and the metal on metal brakes just icing on top of the cake which means the car was totally unsafe to drive let alone taking it 17 minutes to this repair place. I had to call an Uber to get back to the dealership in which I told them it was unsafe to drive and they were giving me a hard time and what felt like intimidation but Kevin again came to the win. He really did feel like a big brother in the sense he told me the dealership would be notified the car is at their auto repair shop and calmed me down. I appreciated his handling of the situation and it also was nice getting 25 dollars of the PPI, so long story short please go to Premier Auto Repair. I know I will be recommending them beause people really will try to sell you things that will cost way more than they are worth.”
“My experience at Ira Mazda today was truly 10 out of 10.
I arrived late, but the team welcomed me like a VIP. Someone opened the door for me, greeted me warmly, and immediately made me feel that they were there to help. You can really feel when a place genuinely cares about its customers, and the team at Ira Mazda does an amazing job creating that atmosphere.
I came in because a dashboard light had stopped working. Marvin Besley from the service department looked at it and solved the issue in literally one minute. I was honestly impressed. What I thought would be a frustrating problem turned into the easiest service visit I’ve ever had.

“We got a flat tire driving during a winter storm on a Sunday morning. Got the spare on and called Mavis to check if they can fix it. Was told there’s no wait and that they can fix it right away, unlike a competitor who said they had a 45 min wait. The service rep greeted us warmly and the rep and technician examined the tire, checked for the leak, and fixed it within half and hour. Excellent and efficient service!”

“I had a transmission fluid exchange performed on my 2012 Toyota Camry at Midas in Auburn, MA, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I dropped my car off the night before and it was ready the next day. The entire process was quick, professional, and reasonably priced.

I recently got a flat on I-90 late on a Sunday night, but by a twist of fate, the tow dropped it right across the street from Grafton Tire.
Brooke and Danny helped me first thing the next morning, going above and beyond to acquire the exact type of tire I needed, repair the flat, and get me on my way within a few hours. Of all the businesses I called in the area, they were the most responsive and the only one able to get me exactly what I needed, fast. They’re extremely kind, communicative, honest, and reassuring. Didn't try to sell me on more than was absolutely necessary, but informed me of other things they noticed I should look out for. If I lived closer, I would ABSOLUTELY be a regular customer.”
