“The owner Wayne is incredible. I happened to have a minor accident right in front of his shop and pulled in for help. He immediately looked at my car and said I could leave it for diagnosis and repair. He appeared to be very busy but still took my car. I also have fallen on some tough times financially and explained this to Wayne. He was very understanding and did every thing he could to keep the cost low and get my vehicle safely operational again. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a mechanic. “I have a newer “smart” car and I left my fob inside my vehicle while I grabbed a preorder at a fast foot restaurant. When I came back I was completely locked out of my car while it was running and the key was inside. For whatever reason, I was not able to get inside. I was on a time crunch because my daughter had a cheer competition at the DCU center and her uniform was inside my running, locked, vehicle. We called Direnzo towing and they were on scene within 15 minutes!!! The amount of relief I had would never compare. You saved our day. And my daughter placed SUPERIOR! Thank you so much!”

Carlo is always honest and upfront about what needs to be repaired and extremely fair with pricing.
