“I had a bit of a crisis today. I deposited cash into this branches atm during closed hours and the atm took my money and didn’t credit my account. There wasn’t even a attempted transaction in my history. I waited 2 hours for the branch to open up only to find out the atm custodian wasn’t working this day. I needed this money in my account immediately and Taylor was completely understanding. Initially it was looking like I was going to have to file a claim and wait several days for the issue to be resolved but Taylor sensed my urgency in needing this money and with the help of the branch manager Laura via the phone, they were able to reconcile the discrepancy by getting into the atm themselves and seeing that my money got jammed. They then credited me that amount and sent me on my way. A major catastrophe that could have taken days to fix was dealt with in about 45 mins and I needed it. Although it seems that this should have been a no brainer for them to do all this.. they both did what needed to be done all the while teetering on the verge of breaking company policy. We are all at the mercy of the machines these days and Taylor and Laura didn’t let that happen. Thanks again guys!”
