“Lisa was very helpful from the loan department to answer my questions and provide a quick report. The app is quite outdated so looking forward to an improvement so I don’t have to call as frequently for these reports. Overall, you aren’t supposed to be best friends with the company you take a loan through but MCU has been manageable and easy enough to contact”
