“They are pretty professional, including the front desk ladies and the mechanics. It's stunning to see a shop that has dedicatedly worked in this field for 50ish years!
The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department.
The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean.
Though it's sad to see my car is totaled at the end, I am still glad it's this group of people handled the last journey of her. Bye M4.”

“A deer ran into the passenger side of the car and when my insurance asked me to look for the garage to repair it, I went online and just typed auto body shops and that’s when Ultra shine collision popped up and I went through the reviews which were mostly positive. I called their office and dropped off the car, they were updating me on everything. I went to pick up the car after completion and I couldn’t believe it, it looked brand new both interior and exterior you can’t even tell that it had damages before. I totally recommend Ultra Shine collision auto body experts.
I would give them 20 stars if I could. They also do detailing and am taking my other car to them for detailing.

“I’m always wary going to the mechanic because I’ve been scammed a fair amount of times but I’ve never felt more taken care of here. I spoke to one of the mechanics on the phone and he was so patient and kind with all my questions. I got both an oil change and tire rotation and he made sure to top off all my fluids and check out my brakes. The pricing was great and service was fast!! Highly recommend”

I went in and within 45 mins Tommy was able to buff out the scratches, and fix the dent like it never happened. What a nice guy and very friendly workers. Booked appointment for that week, and they had in done in a few hours. I've driven with it a few times, including out of state, and it seems to have been installed well. They were friendly and fast. “I have nothing to say but good things for Collettes! During a big thunderstorm towards the end of June an oak tree fell in our yard and landed on my vehicle- luckily it was deemed repairable. Called my insurance and Collettes was on their shop list. The appraiser came to look at my car and just a few days later Jimmy called me and we scheduled an appointment. I work for insurance so the process comes easier for me however if you don't then that's okay Jimmy is your man! He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and provided me updates each week on my vehicle repair. Not once did I have to call. He was so kind and made sure I was taken care of and also kept the rental company ( I used enterprise) up to date on repair times so I didn't get any calls from them or extra charges. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10 out 10. I hope I don't have to bring my explorer to a body shop again but IF I do I'm calling Collettes.”
